This Google location thing is not accurate at all I wasn't no where never best buys and have t been for almost a year

Where do I even begin.
I ordered 4 items from Best Buy: refrigerator, washer, dryer and mini-fridge. I also ordered all the parts needed for installation, or so I was told.
Technician came out without the part to install the stacking washer and dryer. He refused to install the appliances, then he tried to take the appliances back. After I threatened theft charges he left the appliances in the garage and took off.
Best buy then scheduled the follow up appointment on Wednesday. Which was fine, except they sent the same technician out again.
After I made it clear he was not allowed back in my house (though I was already reassured the same technician wasn't going to be coming back out) I am being told I will have to wait at least another week for them to send someone back out.
So now it has been 5 days, multiple phone calls, live chats and departments later and I still have a broken washer and appliances I can't use and no one who seems to be able to help.
Update. I have tried to contact best buy but they have declined to do anything that would fix the situation. They are refusing to send a technician out. They keep hanging up when I call. They are refusing to help with the exchange of the broken appliance.
I have never been treated so horribly as I have by best buy. 10 phone calls. 4 live chats. 2 appointments. 1 in store visit. And nothing. I have a broken washer and a fridge that cannot be used.
Purchased a TV on 7/9/25. Got a call 7/11 saying the TV was lost, stolen or broken. My wife and I went to the store, spoke to Cecilia and Logan who both said they would resolve by shipping me the TV, which did arrive the next day. They offered to hang it for me due to the inconvenience on 7/17. That day, no one called or arrived. Called the service line 5 times that day - zero resolution. Went to the store today to speak to a manger. I was received by Zack, who responded, “sure” when I asked if he was a manager. He then said the TV would be installed tomorrow but he saw no notes indicating my previous issues, nor conversations with the other two store representatives. Cecilia and Zack are the worst two managers I’ve ever encountered in a retail environment. Neither of them ever asked what they might do to resolve my issue and it is impossible to get someone on the phone.
