I enjoy shopping at Best Buy. They're one of the last legacy electronics stores and one of the few places you can find the this variety of products under one roof. The store is always clean & inviting. I've always had fast friendly service here. Recommended for your next electronics purchase.

As I walked inside Best Buy on Rainbow and 215 West. Inside the door was Bryan and he asked how may I help you?. I said I would like to buy a better Sim card because, T - Mobile customer service just told me to go to Best Buy. Then, gave me a direction at the store. I asked him. Can you get me someone there to help. His response was we are busy and I like wow. I asked him again, so you don't have anyone to help me?. He said, you can go there and wait. If not. You can leave. As a customer who is experiencing that. Would you a poor customer service or not?.
Best Best, you can do better than that Bryan at the door.
