Picked up a new TV from this location about a week ago. No one helped take the TV out. I stayed outside in the car and my wife went in to get it. (I bought a TV from another location off Maryland a few months ago and they brought it out to me and even put it in my car. I was jaw dropped to see her coming out with the TV. The nerve of this place

So I went in there to purchase a dash cam for my van and everything was hunky-dory great sales people inside the store very very, very helpful and then I get out to the installer the next day at 5 o’clock out of my day and I hear nothing but negativity out of the guy. I don’t appreciate that so I asked for my money back and I’m going elsewhere. Thank you very much Best Buy.
