Went in to Best Buy today to buy my sister a PC and genuinely had the worst experience ever. Sales worker Joseph (larger guy with patchy beard) needs some serious counseling. He was borderline harassing us to purchase Microsoft word application, extended warranties, and other non sense we didn’t need. I get it as a retail worker it’s great to sell those but bro when I say No once I don’t need you asking me 5 more times. When I told him we don’t need a Best Buy credit card bc we don’t shop much he sounded tired of us saying no to his bullshit so he said “it’s just food for thought bro”. I didn’t come for food for thought just put the pc in the bag you chud. This guy has some serious attitude and needs to be talked to. 0 customer service skills.

Shanith,
It's important for customers to be made aware of all the options available to them. Though this is the case, we understand that there is a way to present it and a line not to cross. We can imagine how upsetting this experience has been and invite you to send a private message to Facebook (https://bby.me/0nY3p7), Twitter/X (https://bby.me/YuzDCZ), or Instagram (https://bby.me/2TSuPO) so that we can look into this further. When doing so, please reference Google Review 151386.
I love Best Buy because of its content (what it sells) staff i find knowledgeable and courteous more often that not.
Coming to this store not being from the state looking for a laptop suitable for my husband and I, we had the help of Aidain, he did get taken away and left us in the good hands of Yazen where he also proceeded to also have the patience to help us go over some features answering all of our questions I just want to say thank you. These young Gentlemen and their professionalism were recognized spoke highly of this Store.
