They had pretty close to what I needed, was still able to complete my install at home. Super clean! Four stars because I was asked, no joke, like 10 or 12 times if I needed help in the 25 minutes I was in there. Multiple times by the same employees. No shade at the employees, they were doing their job and were all very friendly! But management needs to cool down with telling every employee to check on every customer at every turn. Felt like I was being watched or hounded a little bit. Again, they employees were all very nice and respectful when I said I was okay, but it was borderline frustrating. I probably would've stayed a little longer but I didn't want to be approached again - I was just trying to browse.

While I wasnt able to purchase what I wanted for reasons outside of best buys control, Marcus here was more than helpful. 5 out of 5 stars all day. Went above and beyond to try to assist me with what I was trying to do. Awesome employee!

Amazing service from Troy and Larry at Best Buy!!!
They took the time to truly listen to our needs and connected us with the right products rather than simply trying to make a sale. Their expertise, honesty, and sincerity immediately earned our trust, and that’s incredibly important to us as customers.
What really stood out was that they weren’t focused on selling us everything. Instead, they explained what we genuinely needed, including things we hadn’t even considered but would ultimately benefit from. That level of knowledge and integrity is rare.
Troy and Larry are prime examples of what customer service excellence should look like. They went above and beyond to make sure we were informed, comfortable, and confident in our decisions.
Best Buy is fortunate to have employees like them. They definitely deserve a raise!

As far as best buy goes this is the best one in Vegas I know it's technically a bit far. From Vegas really but it's worth the drive. It's clean the A/C is always on the customer service is exceptional and unlike the Maryland location I can actually find MULTIPLE employees if I had a question or need help.
