My first visit was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. I especially appreciate the first employee who assisted me (I wish I'd caught his name!) – he checked the stockroom twice to make sure I found what I was looking for. David was also incredibly helpful, patiently explaining all the details about the membership. Overall, a great experience thanks to their understanding and patient team!

This location exemplifies the CS experience I am used to at home. We were greeted as we entered by a friendly associate. Within 5 minutes, we were greeted again by a specialist at the tablets. He introduced himself as Luis and offered assistance if we needed it and then stepped away to give us space to browse. As soon as we had questions, he came right over to answer them all. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, but he made sure to let us know the difference between each tablet we were looking at and the added features/specs at each tier. My oldest was pleasantly surprised at the level of tech knowledge shared since they are a bit of a tech snob and used to having to dumb down stuff for my wife and I lol. They were able to get all the information needed easily for us to make a proper decision and leave feeling satisfied with our purchase. Thank you, Luis, for making this a wonderful experience and one I am accustomed to at my home location!

Had a wonderful experience with the associate Kaela. She was extremely helpful with my purchases. I was very clueless about certain appliances and a TV that I was interested in purchasing and she seemed to have known all the answers. I ended up buying a nice Ninja air fryer and a TV. 10/10 would recommend asking for her assistance, aside from being knowledgeable with devices, she is also superbly personable and knows how to cater to her clientele!! She absolutely deserves a raise. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is because her manager interrupted our interaction a couple of times, not that I was in any time crunch, but it still was distracting and I would forget my questions mid sentence. Other than that my experience was superb!
