Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Best Buy. I came in ready to make a purchase, but getting help was almost impossible. I stood by a locked display case clearly needing assistance, and not a single employee acknowledged me for a long time. I had to go out of my way to track someone down.
When I finally found an employee and asked for help, they didn’t even bother checking or assisting me—they just told me to go wait in line at the register and ask them instead. Seriously? That’s not customer service, that’s passing the buck.
This has been a consistent occurrence at this location. I just finally decided to complete a review after this last purchase. It has got to be addressed by upper management.
What’s the point of having employees on the floor if they’re just going to redirect you elsewhere instead of helping? No one seemed to care or make any effort. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for needing basic help. Other locations are consistent with asking if you need assistance or are more aware of the body language if you need help.
This location is either severely understaffed, poorly managed, or both. Either way, I won’t be returning. If you’re thinking of shopping here, don’t waste your time—go to a different Best Buy or shop online instead. At least then, you won’t be ignored.
Very helpful people here.
Service was good. Wish they would sell me what I originally ask for from the beginning and not trying to upsell to the latest model.
They had what I needed, staff was helpful.
