You need to know what you want and get it.here, not everyone knows the tremendous amount of products here. I had questions, but left without a solution. Did I know? Did they know?
Northern Best service when I'm looking at klipsch. Turned around and bought on line. Better price and got what I wanted

The superficial sales rep was very eager to sell me a laptop - because of his commission, of course - to be picked up in another store without telling me the process and that I have to wait for confirmation via text message. So I drove 30 miles for nothing. I have to mention that I never had a pleasant experience at BestBuy so I wasn't familiar with the process.

Yesterday, I went to the store to get the screen protector on my phone replaced and I knew it would be busy being right after Black Friday, after waiting 20 min, the lady at the desk told me to remove the screen protector and then get in line at geek squad but she could clearly see they are busy and have no appointments for several hours at least if any at all. I went to the front desk because I now had my phone with no screen protector and didn’t want it damaged while I waited a day or hours for an appointment, the supervisor at the front desk near the front door, apologized and immediately took my phone to put the screen protector on himself.
He turned a terrible experience into a great one. I am very grateful for his kindness.
