I went in. I knew exactly what I wanted to buy, which was a new laptop, which I hadn’t bought a laptop in eight years. I looked online. There were only two Best Buy that carried the laptop I wanted. Best Buy out priced every other carrier of this laptop, including any online supplier. I went in. I saw the laptop which was clearly displayed, and it was half price. I stopped an associate that was walking by. He said he had to go get it from the back. I waited about 10 minutes. He explained to me that now you have to purchase your software.
Maybe you can make comments here, but I ended up buying the software program that is like $99 a year or whatever which includes the upgrades and five devices. I could’ve gotten the one that was like $129 which is one time purchase OTP. Thoughts?
Reply to this post and let me know if that was a smart or bad decision. I’ve already loaded on my computer and my son loaded it on his phone and his College laptop. I’m about to put it on this phone. I’m debating though because I might get a new phone, so I’m kind of waiting. Let me know.
Found the right TV for my grandson's bedroom. My Xmas gift was an upgrade from a computer monitor that he was using to watch TV. He went from a 12 inch screen to a 43 inch Sony Brava with 4K. That monitor was his dad's from the early 2000s. The picture quality, sound, and capability is a huge difference of course. The sales person was very knowledgeable and quizzed us how he would use it. If he
was a gamer or not. He let us know approximately how long the TV should last. He recommended other brands but we decided on the Sony vs Samsung, LG, or the Hicense TVs. I had a $10 coupon from Best Buy and out the door it was just at $400 for this set. True this Sony was an entry level set but sound and picture are great for my grandson's room
