Laptop arrived damage after waiting for it all week, then they order me a replacement and the guy who wants to deliver it the next day almost bails on me because he knocked the door so quietly, I had to chase him down to get my laptop. They make this way hard.

I had a disappointing experience with Best Buy. One of their employees suggested that we get a plus membership to get a membership deal. I was told that I could cancel the membership anytime and get a refund on the next day. However, when I reached out to their call center to request a refund, I was informed that they couldn’t process it. I feel like they didn’t provide us with enough information to make an informed decision about signing up for the membership. Overall, I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service.
Closing Best Buy accounts and moving onto Amazon- the salesman were ridiculous trying to get us to buy a 10k TV ! We found our own open box deal after dealing with them, really felt like a used car dealership. We asked , the open box items work correct? And were assured they do otherwise they would not be on the floor . Welp - paid $200 to have it mounted and guess what, it doesn’t even power on! Called TCL support they say bring it back, Best Buy rep totally dismissive on the phone - no customer service , super frustrating , time to go back to doing business with people that care . Things happen but the customer service support is horrible. We have been loyal customers for decades ……..
