Great customer service and a really solid selection of products to choose from. I especially love their open-box deals, you can find high quality items at great prices if you keep an eye out. The store is always clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The staff is friendly, helpful, and never pushy, which makes the shopping experience even better. Overall, a dependable place to shop for electronics and home essentials.

BEWARE!! BEST BUY ARE SELLING ITEMS THEY DON'T HAVE I ORDERED 2 ITEMS FOR CYBER MONDAY AND THEY DID NOT PROVIDED THE ITEMS SO I HAD TO CANCELLED IT AND HAPPILY WENT TO AMAZON AND RECEIVED IT NEXT DAY, STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY AND I MUST SAY CIRCUIT CITY WHEN THEY WERE AROUND HAD 100 TIMES BETTER SERVICE.

Customers *Exist* = Best Buy Staff *Annoyed and bitter* Wow! Was coming in for quite a few things but the service was so bad, I just grabbed printer ink and left. Customers are completely invisible to "staff." Asked a sales associate for help in computers (several customers were there) and dude seemed annoyed and then vanished leaving a slew of confused customers waiting around with locked cabinets containing what they needed to purchase. No eye contact, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Best Buy, your sales associates are dead inside and ultimately are going to be your undoing. Just ordered what I needed online (and not from Best Buy). Wont ever come back.
