I was at Best Buy with my husband looking for cellphones and apple watch. We were curious about several items and ready to buy, but the employees were all in their own world. No one approached us or offered help, and after about 15 minutes we left because no one seemed interested in assisting customers. Better go directly to Apple Store or buy online for better service.

Used Geek Squad to reset an iPhone, quick service, reasonably as well.
I needed a new charger cord for my watch and the employees were very friendly and helpful. Best Buy is my go to place for electronics
