I'm often surprised by how good the prices are on PC components. Almost my entire home-built PC's components were purchased here, and I always get my TVs, monitors, audio headsets, VR equipment, keyboards, and mice here. I've purchased my cell phones, a few pre-built PCs, and a couple of laptops here as well and have been happy with them. Finally, I often purchase the Best Buy warranty on things that I think might be easily damaged like cell phones and headsets; the store warranty makes getting things repaired or replaced really easy. I've been burned by store warranties in the past from other retailers, but the handful of times I had to use the Best Buy warranty it's been a surprisingly simple process and either results in them handing me a new replacement item straight off the shelf, or an inexpensive repair (such as for repairing cracked cell phone screens).
I really like being able to see an item in person and I like supporting my local retailers. With prices competitive to what is available online and with a simple warranty program using local people I can talk to directly, I have no reason to shop for electronics anywhere else.
