Staff didn't seem to attentive
Customer service is usually quite good, but not this time. I went to buy some Meta glasses, and the girl who helped me was engrossed in her phone, as if I wasn't even there. So I went to Sunglass Hut and bought my Meta glasses.

I’ve been coming to this Best Buy for over 20 years, and I have never been treated this poorly. From the moment I walked in, staff at the main entrance ignored me when I asked where to find an extension plug. Multiple attempts to get help were dismissed, and I felt completely unwelcome.
Later, in the electronics section, I asked three different employees for the same item, and none of them knew where it was. I eventually found it myself, right in front of them. Many employees seemed distracted—on their phones, TikTok, or just chatting—showing very little interest in helping customers.
Even the Samsung tech specialist was rude when I asked basic questions as a first-time Samsung user. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. It’s clear the store has a serious problem with staff training and customer service.
This store is nothing like it used to be. It’s frustrating to see a place I’ve trusted for decades decline to this level.

Attention corporate: regardless of his current pay, Jose in the mobile phone department 756% deserves an increase. His ability to juggle tasks while keeping the customers taken care of and happy is uncanny. Thank you for being wildly competent and exceptionally kind. I will definitely continue to be a repeat customer here due to the outstanding service received.
