let me start by saying im a paying best buy total member and let me just say Dont buy auto tech from this store or best buy in general this store has a remote location associated with it In waterveliet New york not even at the same site where they do installs of the tech that you buy here for your car. I had a problem with a faulty remote starter that I bought from Best Buy, and I had a call technical support, which is now a national call center. They booked appointments 2 times in a row. of which I took days off work to have service done and only an hour before the service do I receive a call from the actual location telling me that the national call center is not adequately scheduling them time when technicians are available. Huge disconnect, huge waste of time, very poor customer service. I asked to speak with a manager. The managers at the store in Albany so they have no local oversight at the installers shop Most disjointed and disconnected customer service network. I've ever worked with Zero alignment, zero accountability. Probably just gonna pay somebody to rip out the stuff I bought from them. And buy from somebody else

I would like to thank Fuhad at Best Buy Albany for exceptional customer service. He made an unfortunate situation as good as it could be and not just because he made sure to make everything right. As a former manager of a retail store it was a pleasure to have Fuhad take such an effort to make sure that I was being heard and that he understood how valuable my time was. I would highly recommend Best Buy Albany.
