Always stocked and friendly
Ordered a laptop charger for in-store pickup to try and save myself some time of trying to find it in the store. Almost 4 hours go by and no update on the status of the order. I went to the store anyways and the person at the pickup counter not doing anything tells me its not ready yet. There were also at least 10 other employees in the store doing absolutely nothing. They then tell me to cancel the online order and go and find the item myself, and no employee pointed me in the right direction at all for where the chargers were.

My family and I enjoy shopping at Best Buy in Crossgates Mall. I’m very impressed with how kind, professional and helpful the store manager, Daniel Lindemann, was when I expressed confusion about the My Best Buy Total Membership coverage yesterday, 12/9/25. He patiently listened as I explained the issue and offered a fair resolution.
I’d also like to recognize how respectful and knowledgeable the Geek Squad staff are. I feel confident investing in high-quality monitors, TVs, computers, speakers and other equipment at this store to keep my family equipped for college, and entertained after the work is done. I know I can easily make a Geek Squad appointment on the app and they’ll resolve any problems quickly.

If you are going to demo the speakers in the home audio room, do NOT spam the volume up button because it WILL cause the speakers to go to like 100 db, and there's no way to stop it.
