Great product and amazing quality
We bought a tv and paid for delivery and set up. No show for the 1st appointment, and no record for the rescheduled time. There was little opportunity to talk with someone to get answers, and when I was able to get through, the assistant manager didn’t call back as was promised.

Great store! I Love Best BUY!
Never again to shop at Best Buy. Brought a PC, with accessories and a Webroot protection package. Costs around $1200 in 2019. Every year since I renewed my membership. This year I paid $53 on 11/27/25 whick have me coverage through 11/25/26. While best buy confirmed I paid and was good the key code provided was expired which ended any protection on my PC. No one at best buy heled any only suggested I could pay a fee for them to remote into my PC or drive to the nearest store (at least 25 miles round trip) to fix their error. All inclusively needed was a new active key code. Absolutely ridiculous that consumers have to pay more to fix a clearly best buy error. I ended the up cancelling my subscription and going with someone else so I could use my PC. You also cannot call the store or reach anyone in cor
