Possibly the worst purchasing experience I have ever had. I ordered a MacBook online and was told it would be available in an hour. I showed up to the location and was told by the pickup desk that they would not grab it and that they didn’t have to retrieve it for a week or more based on company guidelines.
I ended up canceling the pickup order and walked over to customer service to buy a MacBook, and they grabbed it immediately. The pickup desk employee just stood around flirting with random girls coming in.
I will not be making major purchases here again. It wasn’t even worth the $150 discount—just go to the Apple Store.

I hope they stay around. I like physical stores
I needed to return something that exceeded 14 days, unopened box. But they never gave me any option to return it. Don’t buy anything from bestbuy if the same item is available elsewhere with 30/45 days return policy, example target.

The store is well organized and everyone you pass is friendly. Trying to find someone to help in the photography department is difficult though. I knew what item I wanted but trying to find someone with the keys to the case was time consuming.
