How do I check product availability at the Albany Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

waited 10+ minutes at the register with no employee in sight and a long line, people left and gave up. when i finally left and gave up i tried calling the store and no one picked up - not sure anyone is even working in crossgates best buy today

I was in there and a man accused me of stealing and also someone I was with and I am sure not a thief and not one of us had anything on us they searched us in front of everyone in the store I am calling a lawyer I have it all in recording they also said there was another person I would never step foot in that place after that but we will be getting a lawyer and I hope they have proof and the cops were there and searched and found nothing we can go back into store but. Never again why would we after the embarrassment I just have no words
