DO NOT USE THEIR DELIVERY / INSTALL. This location uses JW Logistics for their appliances. I had no negative experience with Best Buy. However, I did purchase a washer dryer set 5/2025. Paid for Install and Delivery. JW Logistics showed up with a damaged Washer. Then, a month later, when they showed up to replace the damaged washer, they damaged the dryer, tore up my bathroom / laundry room floor, put holes in my floor, and damaged the door. The delivery guy was in such a hurry, that he caused a lot of damage. A month later, they showed up with the replacement dryer and I have been waiting for the property damage claim to be paid. Property damage report submitted June 9, 2025. November 2025 and we are still waiting for their insurance company to process the claim. I think JW Logistics would probably be fine with a small appliance delivery. Anything heavy, would be a mistake to have them deliver and install.

Truly amazing selection of merchandise.
Could not find anyone on the floor to answer questions about laptops and tablets, so I left for home and went to amazon.
The people that work there don't know anything at all about electronics except a cash register.
