Today I was supposed to have an oven arrive between 7AM-7PM. Not only did no one show up to deliver my oven but I did not receive any email from best buy stating why it did not arrive. I spent over an hour on the phone with Best Buy on hold for 50 minutes of that time to learn that they did not have the correct technician to hook the oven up. And maybe, my oven will come on Monday or Tuesday. As a professional I am not allowed to not show up during my scheduled work time or without the materials I need to complete my work. Why is a company that I have already given my money to allowed to do that? Further, I am not allowed to cancel my order. I was also not allowed to speak with a supervisor I was told "no one is available." Maybe this is why my oven did not show today.

Round two with the Best Buy in Albany, this time we’re paying for our bill (mind you the stolen phone was not fixed until last week). When we go in with the bill in the card has yet to arrive in the, why must be provide the staff our Social Security number? Really? Teenagers what is wrong with you? I can’t wait to pay off the bill and get away from Best Buy shop local folks.
