Best Buy Albany

I went to buy a Google Pixel 10A (smartphone). I wandered around the phone section. No employees. I touched all the phones and played games on some of them. All I needed was a person to give me the phone. Nobody came by or asked me if I needed anything and I was in the phone section for at least ten minutes. I finally went over to the customer service center and had to wait for them to stop chatting so they could ask me if I needed anything as I am standing right there waiting. I was polite but I was internally annoyed. They got me the phone and checked me out. I’d already made the decision of what I wanted before going in so it should’ve been a quick in-and-out. Come on guys it’s an easy job.

Products are great. Difficult to get a floor assistant. Get passed off multiple times to other reps. Check out process takes very long. Rep worked hard to sell a lesser priced different brand product. Would not accept that I wanted SONY regardless that it was twice the amount of what they wanted me to take.

Great experience at Best Buy! Everything was quick, fast, and easy from start to finish. The store is easy to access, parking is convenient, and getting in and out without any hassle makes a huge difference. The service was efficient, the staff was helpful and friendly, and I was able to get exactly what I needed without wasting a lot of time. Sometimes the best shopping experience is simply one where everything works the way it should, and this location definitely delivered. I really appreciate a store that respects your time and makes the entire process straightforward. Easy access, quick service, helpful employees, and a smooth experience overall. Definitely a 5-star experience and a Best Buy location I would gladly return to!
