Best Buy charged me $1500 for a computer that never arrived and now tells me I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund on an item I ordered 8 days ago. So I don’t have a computer and I don’t have my $1,500. But Best Buy will take no responsibility. I’ve been on the phone trying to get help all day and I’m repeatedly hung up on and told it’s the best they can do. BS! Make it right!
