Inside the store, there is a third-party company that provides repair services for Apple, including phone screen replacements. Unfortunately, the staff were completely unprepared. I asked them to replace my phone’s screen, and they ended up erasing all the data from my phone. In the end, they said their system was down. After waiting more than two hours at that store, I had to go to the Apple Store myself to get the issue resolved.

I had a great experience shopping at Best Buy. The store was clean, well organized, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I needed without any pressure. Checkout was quick and easy, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Excellent customer service and a great selection of products. I’ll definitely continue shopping here and highly recommend Best Buy to anyone looking for electronics and tech accessories.
