Worst voicemail ever. Absolutely no way to talk to a human. 1st call was on hold 5 minutes. 2nd call on hold 5 minutes. 3rd call i was on a mission and waited 8 minutes to speak to someone I could barely understand. Told me there was no number for me to call the installer for my car radio, but he could connect me and there would be no more waiting time. Well, voicemail again but I couldn't leave a message as there message box was full!!! Returned everything and went elsewhere. Great customer service Best Buy. You should be ashamed!
Pretty underwhelming as far as best buys go.
