The store is well organized and everyone you pass is friendly. Trying to find someone to help in the photography department is difficult though. I knew what item I wanted but trying to find someone with the keys to the case was time consuming.

Out of respect for the many agents who have been kind, understanding, patient with me & always gone above and beyond to assist me, I'm going neutral & rating it a 3-star. If there was a 0-star rating that's what I would rate agent Paxton.
I wanted to share my experience with a Best Buy representative named Paxton. On January 16, 2026 I had an 11:00 AM appt at the above address & was seen by Agent Paxton for support regarding my Old PC & New PC & was treated with impatience and disrespect. Paxton said we should move on to the next question being that my Old PC was taking too long to turn on, but before I could explain my next issue, Paxton cut me off/dismissed my concerns, saying that my time was up and that he couldn't help me anymore. I am stupified & find it inscrutable
especially because he had initially asked what my next question was, while looking at his watch alot that he would rudely dismiss my question. His arrogance, rebarbative act was enough to exasperate anyone. This type of conduct on his part was totally unwanted. It was very frustrating to feel like I wasn’t being heard or given the proper support. Feeling nonplussed, but knowing I wanted to avert a confrontation, I gather my belongings & left. I asked Tahira to speak to his supervisor, but wasnt able to.
Not only was I not satisfied with his unprofessionalism, but I would also like a notation to be placed on my account indicating that I should not be assisted by Paxton nor Richie in the future. I do not feel comfortable working with these two agent again, as the experience was not helpful, a waste of my time, gas nor respectful in any way.
Customer service should be about understanding the customer’s needs and helping them with patience and professionalism. Unfortunately, this interaction was far from that. I hope this feedback can be taken into account to improve future interactions with customers.

Placed an order to be picked up from a locker. Didn't know where the lockers were and they didn't mention where they were. So I figured I'd post a photo for eveyone who might be wondering. Its to the right of the entrance outside of the mall, not the entrance in the mall. Hope this helps.
