I went to best buy to get one of these new ventless washer dryer combos. The service at Best buy clearly 5 stars. The company they contracted to do the delivery and installation, Apogee Home delivery, half a star.
The delivery process was a very frustrating and upsetting experience.
Breaks my heart to give best buy a 3 star rating when the service in store was outstanding but delivery process must be factored into the overall experience.

Placed a pick up order and it was ready for me when I arrived. The associate that assisted me was knowledgeable of what I was purchasing and answered all the questions I had. A very pleasant visit in Total.
Horrible service , got a new iPhone and they wrote the model on the box because that’s how they identify the model (stupid) and manager was horrible , she was so rude and not wanted to help
I reached out on Facebook and this what i got
I do not know why it was written on. Did they end up doing the exchange for you?

it was just waste of time
paid $1296 for an ugly box and without any help
