Worst customer service experience. Impossible to speak to someone at the store over the phone regarding an issue at the location.

I did not shop there so really can not say.
Went today to pick out a tv, felt we didn't know enough. We got Mohammed, he was was so wonderful explaining things, even wrote directions for us for new surrounded sound system. He was so knowledgeable about everything. Thank you for setting up delivery for us, and help us make great decision. We purchased 65in samsung tv and sound system. Highly recommend you sir!!!
