I have limited knowledge of computers and electronics so I am always apprehensive when I need to shop for a product. Today was a totally different experience thanks to Chase, the associate who assisted me with my purchases. Chase is so knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed. I was so at ease and felt like I had my own personal shopper. Thanks so much Chase for all your help. I will definitely look for you the next time I am in the store

Long story short: --- Avoid buying from Best Buy --- Source elsewhere
I've been a long term Best Buy member and have bought tens of thousands of dollars of AV equipment and amenities from Best Buy for my properties in the past because I had a good relationship with people who worked here. I would often refer others to their higher end equipment.
That all has changed, all Best Buy has to offer now is customer disservice. I had an issue with a tv, brought it in because and the supervisor, Benjamin Spinrad, couldn't have been less helpful. I don't understand how you can have someone with nonexistent customer relationship skills have a position like that. I'm done with Best Buy, I'll spend my money elsewhere for my upgrades and future projects. Its such an unpleasant experience coming here now.
