3 years ago..I bought an almost $100.00 ipad pencil. I got home and realized it was not the right one, I then immediately went to target, bought the right one, and retuned the wrong one to Best Buy the next day. The guy doing the refund just took my card and said he put it back on there and the money should be refunded within a few days. So I wait..a week goes by no money, 2 weeks no money..whatever, months go by of me switching back and forth going into the store and calling support and somehow nobody could help me. 3 years later I still never got my money back..please can I get my money back😔

Do not shop here they don’t respect people or your things. It is no reason and very unacceptable that I can’t speak to somebody in the store that I’m trying to shop at, but it keeps sending me to this AI person and then sending me to support because this store is lazy and doesn’t wanna accept calls. It has 45 workers on the floor right now. Unacceptable. Disgusting.
