The most inept retail chain currently in business across North America. Fraudulent business that relies on third party delivery and takes zero responsibility for when items do not get delivered and offer zero assistance and block reversal of charges. Will not miss them when they go out of business

Worst customer service ever. On hold is always OVER 20 minutes to speak with a rep. They do not honor their 3 hour window of installation service, despite taking your money in advance. Never mind staying home from work to honor their schedule. To drop in the store for service is just as bad. Lots of employees walking around cluelessly. Best Buy is dead to me.
Shopping here deserves 5 stars, but delivery is horrible. They use third party delivery, and give 4 hours windo to be home! In my last purchase, during the 4 hours period they changed the arriving time three times. The last update on arriving time showed 18 minutes before they stop delivering, at 7pm, and never showed up! The driver falsely claimed that nobody was home. I called customer service and explained that I waited 4 hours and at the end my delivery was canceled. They offered 10% off of my purchase and was told that a manager will call for that, which never happened. I called in 3 days to ask about the 10% off, but I was offered $30 store credit, while my purchase cost was 2k! ...
