Nobody will help you in appliance section. Walked around for a half hour, one employee up front said I'll put you in the queue, someone will be over to help.
2 other people were also looking for an employee...do better best buy.
Went somewhere else for a dehumidifier it said you had in stock.

Hey Best Buy. Maybe when there are 12 people waiting in line to give you money and for customer service you should pull more checkout people and not SWITCH a checkout person further delaying the line. Ridiculous.

Worker was knowledgeable and gave us the details we needed . Store was clean and prices reasonable
I had a fantastic visit—pickup was lightning fast and hassle-free. The reps were genuinely helpful without being pushy, especially when it came to upgrading to a premium account (which I appreciated). The store layout made it easy to find exactly what I needed, with everything clearly displayed and well-organized. Parking was a breeze, and the whole experience felt smooth and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend this location!
