Very, very disappointed we recently visited this location and spent a considerable amount of time with a sales person with all of our measurements of every door way into our house into our kitchen for refrigerator and picked a very nice one out that was not cheap. We paid for an extended warranty on it. We were so excited and ended up having to cancel the whole order and everything because the third-party delivery company refused to bring it into the house. They claimed that it would not fit through the doors. It’s the same size that’s in our kitchen and all they had to do was take the doors to the
refrigerator off, which is required by most refrigerators in homes these days and was discussed with the sales person ahead of time that that’s what they would do however, Best Buy has chosen to deal with third-party delivery people now we canceled our order. Even the customer service person we spoke to at Best Buy looked up the dimensions of the refrigerator and said there should’ve been no problem with them delivering it. We went to Orville’s got the same refrigerator for the same discounted price . We are also in the process of remodeling our kitchen, so we will order our stove and dishwasher through Orville‘s as well.
