I seem to remember Best Buy having good service and rewarding shopper loyalty. Recently, when I had an unusual problem with my purchase, I was told the managers have no authority over the offshore call center. Long story short, I lost a lot of time and money under the false belief I would be better off shopping here than Newegg or Amazon.
I used to think of Best Buy as worth going to for the great customer service but a 15 day return policy is not good customer service. The folks that work there are great, but the corporate policies are 1 star.

Big selection, little confusing big!
Had to go buy a new TV today service was great, almost slipped coming in told the manager and they cleaned up the sidewalk immediately.
