Customer Service here isn't the greatest.
Just left this store (Amherst, NY) What a joke. Went in to buy a MacBook. Nobody at the entrance desk. Walked over to the Apple section. Nobody working there. After waiting around for ten minutes went the the desk by the other computers. After waiting in line there was told I need to be in the "que" and go back to the entrance desk and "Edward" will add me. Go back the that desk and there is still nobody there. Wait around up front and play with phones laying by the security monitors there. Went back to the Apple section and banged an orange iPhone Pro Max on the desk for awhile then finally left. Nobody helped me.
I’m leaving a review because the Geek Squad Manager diffused the situation and at least found out that I can be refunded. His professional demeanor would cause me to want to come back again. Thank you.

Extremely Disappointed , Totally Unreliable Service
Worst Experience, Broken Promises and No Accountability
I placed an order with Best Buy and after more than a month, the product has still not been delivered. Even worse, there was no courtesy call or update to let me know they couldn’t make it. I wasted an entire day waiting for a delivery that never came.
Now, instead of fixing the issue, Best Buy keeps asking me to reschedule appointments weeks out. This is absurd. We already paid for the product, we’ve already waited far too long, and we are still waiting with no clear resolution.
Best Buy accepts orders without knowing if they can fulfill them, fails to communicate when they miss deadlines, and traps customers in endless delays. This is not “Best” Buy — it’s a waste of time, money, and trust and the most funny thing they want us to prepare for the appointment and wait for them till the appointment window of 12 hours!!!
