WARNING : Beware of Best Buy's Financing Options
I recently purchased a laptop from the Best Buy Amherst location, opting for a 24-month monthly payment financing plan. However, my first statement shockingly demanded payment in full.
When I reached out to customer care online, I was disappointed with the lack of assistance from agent Somi, who seemed uninformed and abruptly ended our chat.
Since then, I've been frustratedly trying to resolve this issue, but the runaround continues. It's alarming that there's no dedicated person to address and resolve customer concerns.
I strongly advise caution when considering Best Buy's financing and Credit Card options. The hassle and poor customer service I've experienced have been truly horrible.
