Shopping here deserves 5 stars, but delivery is horrible. They use third party delivery, and give 4 hours windo to be home! In my last purchase, during the 4 hours period they changed the arriving time three times. The last update on arriving time showed 18 minutes before they stop delivering, at 7pm, and never showed up! The driver falsely claimed that nobody was home. I called customer service and explained that I waited 4 hours and at the end my delivery was canceled. They offered 10% off of my purchase and was told that a manager will call for that, which never happened. I called in 3 days to ask about the 10% off, but I was offered $30 store credit, while my purchase cost was 2k! ...

Very poor customer service. Poorly staffed. Waited around half hour to get help while the store wasn't even busy.

This is an absolutely horrible company. I've placed an order and paid for it three times and they've cancelled it three times because they feel insecure in their ordering system's capabilities ("verifying your information"). They created that system. They also already have our information from previous purchases. It's definitely far more secure when you don't sell things. This is how large companies slowly spiral down the drain and I can't say I'll miss them when they're gone. By the way, I don't use social media, and that's not a platform to provide support. Shame on Best Buy for adding insult to injury by pretending that it is.

Can we get back to pre pandemic hours of operation? Closing at 8PM after Christmas when people have time, money and gift cards to spend is a little ridiculous.
