Very disappointed!!! My daughter just recently ordered a microwave to be delivered and installed. They gave her a four hour window for Saturday between Three and 7 PM, nobody came!!! To take advantage of peoples time is unacceptable . So then, she did speak to somebody about it and they did apologize and said they were short of staff, but to make us wait all day long for four hours and not to let us know.is horrible. So the person she spoke with said that he could come anytime Monday he’ll make a special time slot for her, for her inconvenience plus a discount. So my daughter said OK and they made an appointment for 10 o’clock on Monday because you know Sunday they were not able to do it. Well again nobody came, no phone call nothing she had to call them to find out what happened. So the next time they could come out was the 25th. I told her to cancel because I don’t trust them. You need to do better “Best lBuy”!!!

I was supposed to receive an over the range microwave that was going to be installed as well, and they weren’t able to make it to my original appointment. I spoke to someone over the phone and understandingly had them reschedule my appointment to 10am Monday. They never showed up. I called the number on the website and was told my appointment was never made and they aren’t allowed to give exact times like I was given the option to do over the phone. I was then told I was going to have to wait another four days for someone to come out. This really upset me because they wasted my time, so I cancelled my order and will be giving someone else my business because Best Buy is incompetent and their employees are not trained correctly.

After a short wait, the tech resolved my problem. Not completely sure what caused it but she had some suggestions about how I might be able to avoid it going forward. One of those mysterious issues that had both of us scratching our heads.
They helped me find the right phone case and screen protector. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
