How do I check product availability at the Amherst Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Amherst Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Some stores may have different hours where required by local ordinances or landlord regulations. Mall-based Best Buy store hours may vary based on mall hours. Why put product out on the shelves to bring it up to be told that I cannot purchase it the same day and that or releases tmrw instead? Why is that my fault? Oh wait… if you preorder you cannot even pick up the merchandise that is already IN STORE, you have to have it SHIPPED to your house 5 days later. This makes zero sense. I lost all faith in this store today. Huge disappointment.
EDIT > walked 3 stores down to Target and got the same exact thing and was given the product. I will now be avoiding Best Buy and using Target much more!!!!

After paying yearly for a service to have my products fixed for free I brought my laptop in for servicing and I was told it would be $100 up front. That was confusing because my salesperson told me anything that happened to it would be fixed for free. When I explained that to the manager the manager told me that he didn't believe me with a snarky attitude implying that I was lying.
All around horrible customer service. All around horrible attitude to have with a disgruntled customer. All around horrible experience. And this is why you are supposed to treat all of your customers with respect you don't know when one of them is highly ranked in Google reviews!
