How do I check product availability at the Amherst Best Buy?

I purchased windows 11 like 30 minutes ago and my computer doesn’t support windows 11 return the windows 11 back to Best Buy the Manager his Name is Dennis we don’t accept the return Best Buy policies only to 30 days to accept the return after 30 days they don’t accept the return, but this item was only 30 minutes ago the manager I mentioned his name he is the racist guy. He uses racist words on from desk.
there is someone who is in good position they can check the cameras thank you.
He doesn’t deserve to work there He need to learn customer service First
