When you buy something from them and want to return it , it takes a week to get your money back , besides some sale persons are crooks and just wanted to sell you the product, today I returned a device to micro center and the money was in my bank account immediately, I don't have to kiss no one ass for my money, I wouldn't shop best buy because the name is not what they do or say , honesty is good all the time .

Matthew and Brian were so patient with us. We came in frustrated because we were shopping for a family member who was telling us what to do by phone lol. Matthew took the phone, answered all of the questions and was extremely patient and kind! Thank you Matthew for your assistance and for your care and concern for my family.
