So where do I start? I've made several purchases two to be exact. The first purchase was towards the end of twenty twenty five, in which I spent over $2,500 plus taxes. Just recently, as of three days ago I made a different purchase forover $1,500 plus taxes. The general manager by the name of Denford Tavares and the assistant manager by the name of Rich A., they have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE, EXISTENT. I SHOULD LEARN THE FIRST TIME I MADE A PURCHASE AT THIS STORE. I'M NOT SURE IF ALL OF THE BESTBUYS ARE THE SAME, but at this point I could only assume. Even the customer service outside of this country, the 1888 number has been nothing but a headache. Mind you, I bought the best buy membership, which cost yearly $179.99 plus taxes. Which if I understand correctly has its perks supposedly. Long story short, stay the hell away from best buy in its totally. All you're going to get is scammed and bamboozled. I literally had to go in with my purchase. My last purchase was on 03/12/2026 which were two tv's. I called the customer service number for member services because I needed a price match because the price dropped. I literally was told I needed to bring the TV back to the store (Baldwin, I.L., N.Y.), to get my price adjustment. It's like pulling teeth. Unexpected. People try to stay away from Bestbuy, especially this location. They will switch up on you and what they tell you is totally different from there customer service. I literally wasted my time and gas. The left hand doesn't know what the right one is doing. So unorganized.

Really cool cat I was dealing with. I wound up having to return the item but that had nothing to do with the store or the associate, who's name I wish I remembered because I'm definitely going to check him for future purposes (brought and returned a usb-c to phone game controller)
