DO NOT RECOMMEND EVERRRR!!! I entered the store with the full intention of shopping and spending my own hard-earned money. Ironically, I likely had more purchasing power than anyone working there, yet I was treated with suspicion instead of respect. This type of treatment is unacceptable, and it speaks volumes about the store’s lack of proper training in customer engagement and basic professionalism. No customer should ever feel watched, judged, or made uncomfortable simply for browsing. Stores are supposed to be welcoming environments—not places where customers are subjected to assumptions and disrespect. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing this experience with others.

From the moment I walked in, I felt targeted and singled out in a way that was not only unprofessional but genuinely uncomfortable. Within minutes of entering, an employee approached me multiple times—far beyond what could be considered normal customer service. Rather than offering assistance in a polite or helpful manner, their constant hovering felt more like surveillance. It became clear that they assumed I was attempting to steal, despite having given no reason for such a presumption. The repeated questioning and pacing around me created an environment of harassment rather than hospitality. I do not recommend this location!

Have been to a few locations with this Brand and had a great experience recently. I went in needing some speakers and really needed some solid advice & education on the product i was looking for .When I walked in, I'd have to assume it was the manager who promtly asked if i needed help .I told him my situation, and he got me exactly the right employee with the most knowledge for the product I was looking to buy . The young man's name was Mike and he was absolutely fantastic . Listened to the problem I was trying to solve then recommended exactly the right solution. They did not have it in stock but found another location that did then he arranged for me to pick it up at a different location. The entire process was exactly what a customer should expect but so often in todays world does not recieve . Kudos to the entire staff here for running a tight ship and actually helping the customer solve their problem . Great job guys ....Mike you have great future ahead of you smart kid !!!
