My final price was 43.50 handed the guy 45. He hands me a receipt no change and goes on to the next customer!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Just had a great visit at Best Buy of Baldwin. We were greeted by Johnson back by the TVs, and he was super knowledgeable helping us choose our new TV and mount. Johnson helped schedule delivery and installation easily. Then, he helped us with buying a new vacuum. Overall, very productive visit for us, and we had great customer service the whole time. Thank you!

Had appointment to change my phone battery . When I got there . They said the technician not there !! So what’s the purpose of making appointments?????
