Bought an open box TV online for pick up at this store. Listed in "excellent condition". According to Best Buy "Open Box Excellent" means the product is in essentially brand-new condition, with no physical flaws, scratches, or scuffs. It includes all original parts and accessories, and might be in its original packaging or a suitable replacement box.
Drove an hour to pick it up, the 77" TV was loosely wrapped in bubble wrap, which is ridiculous, it missing the stand, the remote control and the POWER CABLE. They completely dropped the ball and catalogued it wrong. I was offered it at the "fair condition" price or I could take a refund.
I took the refund and left and drove an hour home. I went there to receive the product I purchased, they basically made ZERO effort to make it right. So I took my money and left. Totally outrageous waste of time, very unhelpful manager and a totally crappy experience.

Awesome people working there . My husband and I showed up at closing closing time but they let us run into the store and get the ink we were needing . Very happy they are near me for my home and business needs!
