I came to pick up a Christmas present December 23 and was informed that it was not there yet. They are very polite and told me that my item is in a truck that’s currently being unloaded. I asked how can I get confirmation? The manager took a screenshot of my order number and then communicated with someone in the back to confirm.
They confirmed with me and then the next day I went to pick it up . After picking it up, I looked at the Best Buy app and noticed that, it in fact it did tell me that it was going to be ready on the 24th instead of the 23rd. The manager did not state that I was incorrect or did not be little the transaction. I truly appreciate quality customer service, and I receive that at this Best Buy.
I love going into this Bestbuy! Employees are always looking to make your experience great! Only thing I wonder about is why this appliance is still on the floor? Not a good look.
