Our experience is a fast-paced service. We came with a few people in line. We picked up our order and a nice gentleman helped us load our order. Everyone we spoke to was very helpful.
They sold me a defective iPad pencil. To make it worse, I ordered through DoorDash and neither best buy or DoorDash will initiate a refund, each telling me the other is responsible. Also, good luck getting someone on the phone. Their customer service is garbage.
