Yesterday, I purchased an open-box television from Best Buy. At the time of purchase, the product was described as being in fair condition. However, upon returning home, I discovered that the screen was completely broken, which clearly goes beyond what would reasonably be considered “fair condition.”
When I returned to the store the following day to request a return, the store manager claimed that the damage was caused by me. I strongly disagree with this assessment. The television was already damaged at the time of purchase, and it is unreasonable to attribute such severe screen damage to the customer without evidence.
I find this situation unacceptable and request that this matter be reviewed and resolved appropriately. They finally resolved the issue. But don’t come to this Best Buy for open box products.

My laptop broke and went to get a new one, the guy who helped me was so nice and very knowledgeable... he didn't make me buy some so expensive but something for what I really needed it.
