Came to this store from Jersey and Antonio helped me, working with him was great because he knew exactly what computer I needed when it came to my small business needs. He also recommended Best Buy’s total membership warranty packet and the Microsoft office packet which was great because I didn’t have to figure that out once I left the store! He made it quick, easy and had a lot of patience with me!

Made an appointment for battery replacement for IPhone 13 through website. When I came there, I was told that there was no battery for my phone even though while making an appointment I stated the model of my phone.
