Terrible customer service. Been here few times to buy gaming monitor, tv and other products and all occasions end up being terrible. All employees seems annoyed to help you or to even being approached for questions. Seems like they only want to hang out and be on their phone. I usually try not to bother them just go straight to buy what I know but sometimes questions need to be asked the most simple questions and yet all of them seem to be annoyed by all customer. Disappointed experience at this bestbuy. Manager seem like they also don’t care about customer service or even sales.
