Seems like Customer Service is a thing of the past.. My experience yesterday at this location was terrible. Seems like me wanting to know the difference between a few of the TVs were a disturbance to the gentleman behind the counter. He was very dismissive and seemed to be more interested in his phone than helping a paying customer.. I ended up buying a tv because it was 2 days before Christmas but I was very upset and not comfortable with my decision to purchase after receiving such a horrible experience.. I ended up exchanging the TV at the Mt Vernon location for a better TV after the salesperson there took the time out to ensure I was getting the best TV for my family... Spending money in the community where I live is easier said than done, Id rather travel , pay a toll and burn gas rather than get treated like a disturbance when Im spend my hard earned money..
