Horrible! Very nasty attitude, and the way they talk to you is outrageous! Best Buy Corporate truly needs to buckle down on who is working here to be treating customers the way they do. I spent a lot of money here, but Best Buy will no longer receive anymore from me. The manager Cesar needs training on his approach, and how to respond to situations. The way he talked to not only me, but to my mother is absolutely the worst I have ever been treated at any corporation. Best Buy you truly need to do better.
