Ceasar was awesome, the staff was nice, professional and most importantly organized. Highly recommend for pikemon drops.
I have the membership of this place on Christmas I got 2 tablets + 2 phones they told me everything I buy there will have guarantee so las month I took my daughter tablet to be fix they told they will send it out because they would not be able to fix it there, I had to pay for it to be send, now tree weeks has pass I call the place they transfer me to costumer service where it was sent
Now they telling me they are going to reimburse the money but I have to pay for something because the tablet had water damage and that is not full cover something like that when that's not true the tablet never ever got wet the tablet will turn on but not charged more then 1% now I have to go there and lost a day of work just because they want. Makes no sense 😕 😡🤬
