Been a customer for years buy everything here , TVs washers ,dryers . I called noticing my tv price dropped and wanted a price match was told (from this store) to try online that it was faster and reliable then using a there text chat to not receive no responses waiting almost over 9 days 11/8/24 I finally talk to a human today to be told I’m now out of the price match “ time frame “i was 8 days ago what a scam!!! This is why Amazon is winning and i will just deal with them moving forward .

Very helpful staff, and the item I went for was in stock. On top of that, they were able to price match my item at a lower price!
