wasted over 25mins for a pick up i just ended up takin it from the self and purchasing it just to wait another 10-15mins
The staff acts clueless and to busy yet their paid to help people. No leadership presence but theirs more security people than normal staff.
Never coming back here just a waste of time your better off just ordering online

Very disappointing experience. I visited this Best Buy to get help with a defective laptop I purchased from another location. The Sales Associate who initially helped me was kind, professional, and respectful.
Unfortunately, the manager on duty was the complete opposite. When I asked for the Customer Service number and needed clarification on how “1-888-BEST-BUY” translated into numbers, he appeared to mock and laugh at me instead of simply helping me. It was humiliating and made me feel belittled for asking a simple question.
I left the store in tears. No customer should ever feel embarrassed or treated as if they are unintelligent for needing assistance. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
