Terrible customer service! Orders TV a day before for a pick up. In 1hr I received email ready for pick up. Came to store to pick up waited another 45min for them to locate TV and wrap it up in bubble wrap. I just don’t understand why you sending email ready for pick up when it’s not ready. Waisting peoples time.

They neve checked THE ID of an individual who is somehow stealing my credit card info before I even get a new card in then mail, this is the 3rd time I've been hit with credit card fraud and these guys let it happen

I just wanted to say, while in the store I asked an employee for help searching an item. He told me to wait where I was to get another associate and I did but ten minutes would pass until I became confused as I believed he may have forgotten me. I began to look around the store for the item for which I did find it but I also saw the employee at the entrance chatting with other employees and at the point I was exhausted and just left. Again a bit waste of my time, but at least I saw the item.
