The employees act like you gotta beg them to get your Roadie orders. They don’t respect or value we the Roadie drivers

They need to hire more people. Very short of staff. Although the staff is very friendly and accommodating, there is not enough help.

The service is really bad. Even though they say the product is physically in the store, it's never in stock. I'll wait for an hour because there's also a lack of staff to assist customers. I used to be a regular Best Buy customer, but their system is terrible. If I want something online, I order from Amazon.
PHYSICAL STORES ARE NOT MEANT FOR ORDERING ONLINE AND THEN WAITING A FEW DAYS TO PICK UP YOUR STUFF IN-STORE.
If they don’t have something, they should update their terrible system.
If you want to waste your time just come to best buy.
