Omg , every single bad review is true. I prefer driving to the city and have good customer service than to drive to my convenient location and have horrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes before anyone could assist me with my purchase .
I had asked 3 employees for help before anyone showed up . Employees walk right pass you and will not acknowledge you unless you say anything lol. Aileen who checked me out at the register was nice That’s about it .

Only went in there to pick up an online order. I was in & out of there in less than twenty minutes. I was greeted by a salesperson & was pointed to the pick up line. After a few minutes I got my order & was out of there 👌🏿✌🏿

If I could do negative I would, awful customer service , no one approached to ask if I needed help , bought a TV that could t fit in my car , came back inside and ask if I can get a blade or scissors to cut open the box, they just said , they didn’t have any , so you mean to tell me. There is nothing to cut open a box at a retails store ? I would have understand if they they’ll me they cannot give it to customers , but at least come out and help me cut it, this is not a Best Buy experience as I come to know it from other stores
