My customer service experience was the worst, I wanted to make 3 purchases, and the staff was rude , instead of helping they tried to send me to another department, instead of treating me like a customer, I still bought something, because I really wanted it, but this Best Buy store over here in The Bronx is horrible, because of the customer service, 86th location is way better, i will be going there from now on.
