I bought an air conditioner 19 days ago, and it’s malfunctioning. They told me they couldn't exchange it and that I had to contact the manufacturer; they gave me the number, but it only offers an option to leave a message. I haven't had any luck with their units—every one I buy turns out to be defective. I’ve practically lost my money, since no one is giving me an answer.

Payed $8 to install a zagg screen protector. Geek squad damaged my $45 screen protector just got a refund. But I lost the $45 i payed for my screen protector...
