Worst customer service ever. None of the staff comes to help. Very rude when I ask a question. There were only 5 customers in the store when I visited, and they just didn't care.

Customer service sucks except for the young female Rep. who helped me. The first rep told me to wait. After telling him I wanted to buy a cell phone, he went off to get the female rep. Did he think I was wasting his time. She was helpful, and I made my purchase. The geek squad section also sucked lol No smiles here. the rep was like a stone. I don't think I will go back. I was excited to buy a new cell phone, but this place just burst my balloon.
