I scheduled an appointment with the Best Buy Geek Squad to get my iPhone 13 battery replaced, arriving at the store 30 minutes before the scheduled time. When I got there, the Geek Squad technician came out and I told him that I was here for my repair appointment. He looked at me and said OK then after that, I gave him my phone to look at and he told me that he couldn’t fix it because the screen was popping out, and that I was better off going to the Apple Store. I wish they would put that on the website instead of allowing people to waste their time coming to the store.
