Please put some robots in there the humans are useless. The corporate office sounds like it's in India and the staff in the store tell you to call corporate to assist. YOU WOULD THINK THE Best Buy STORES WOULD HAVE A SPECIAL LINE FOR THE STORES TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS AND COMMUNICATING WITH "COPORATE" seemlessly THE MANAGERS WERE UNHELPFUL WITH SMILE. IM DONE WITH BEST BUY I RATHER GO TO PC Richard's...they take time with their customers.

If you need a TV and entertainment set up, go directly to Ryan. We worked with him to navigate the latest tv landscape, what makers are on the rise, others falling off, and the coolest new technology. Tooke over an hour and half helping us pace back and forth, back and forth deciding. He was patient, not pushy, asked great questions and made the experience great... all the things want in a sales person. Thank you Ryan, and give this guy a raise!
