Caught the last day of the black Friday sale and bought a 75" Toshiba fire tv and it was delivered on time and was placed in my house by the delivery person and I almost didn't get to tip them cause they left immediately after they set it down

Most unprofessional experience ever starting with customer service, delivery and customer service management. I purchased an LG tv, sound bar, wall mount and service agreement that was supposed to be delivered today, at the end of my delivery window I called customer service and they said there was an issue at the warehouse and I won't be receiving my purchase today. 2 hours later the delivery shows up after I had left my home. Lost a whole day of work for nothing communication and honesty seems to be an issue with this company and they have no respect or consideration for their customers time. I made the purchase because I had a family reunion and would have been nice to have it to enjoy for the holidays, needless to say I cancelled my whole entire order. This is not the way you do business!!
