My experience at this store at 369 Gateway drive was terrible. I purchased an item on 7/2/26 that cost near $400.00 due to the fact I was not able to use it at the residence I was living at I returned the item never opened to customer service, The individual there opens the item that was sealed and never opened and says she cant take the item back there's a bug in there when I said to her the box was never opened and the bug must have came from the store she became very RUDE, NASTY and RACIST towards me and my wife I will NEVER purchase an item from Best Buy again. The customer service is horrible at this store,BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE

I buy 3 TV I know they aren't good brands but the warranty they sale the worst is better to get a good brand that was my fault but stay away from the warranty
