Online purchases went smoothly. However, I ordered the GPU and PSU that were listed in stock. Midway to the Valley Stream store I've received an email saying Psu is not available for pickup. Why do I need one without a second one? OK. I requested pickup location for psu be changed from Valley Stream to Gateway. 2hr later these folks couldn't sort it out claiming payment didn't go through (I already picked GPU from valley stream store which was the same order). Customer support said everything was ok. Canceled order altogether.

I was there yesterday and was asking for help and I see everybody walking around and not helping anyone I went online and ordered it and just picked it up they don't want to work in this Best buy they're lazy they need to hire new people.
