Curbside pick up isn't curb side, the site doesn't tell you that you have to find the inside parking lot pick up area. Should not be call curbside , I sat at the curb on junction Blvd for a half hour before I had to call them and find out that I had to find the parking lot pick up area .

First off Delivery was suppose to be done on Saturday July 12th 2025, we under stand that the delivery Van broke down. So we reschedule for Thursday morning. To my surprise no call, no updates, call best buy waited over an hour for a rep to answer, then with multiple transferred several times and repeat myself to each representative I spoke to with my information and ended with the delivery personal Moreles or whatever his name was. I asked are you the supervisor he said no, ok can I speak to your supervisor, Sorry I can’t give you my supervisor name or number. Wait what? He does not answer or call anyone back. Very very poor customer service for deliveries. So here we are 8:07pm on Thursday July 17th 2025 finally my $4k TV has arrived and being set up. Very disappointed in Best Buy service. I will need a call back from Best Buy by Erskin Brooklyn location store manger.

Very orderly service in the store. Even though it was I who ordered the wrong items, when I arrived for in-store pickup, once it was discovered that it was I who ordered the wrong items, without hesitation, and expeditiously, the staff took back the items in return, and patiently assisted me in ordering the correct items within minutes. In hindsite, after thanking all of the present staff, I neglected to inform the manager of the exemplary service I was given by the front staff. I highly recommend this store.
