I went yesterday 7/1/25 to buy a laptop and all in one printer. The man at the computer aisle was with one customer there was one man on the register and one on the floor helping a customer. The guy at the register said that he could not help me only the guy on the floor could because he was at the register. I waited over 30 minutes wasn't even acknowledged by the worker who was on the floor with the customer. I decided to find out where I can leave my old computer to have the hard drive saved and asked the guy/who was with the customer. I kindly said excuse me. He proceeded to look at me in an angry manner up and down continuously and pointed to where I had to go. I decided not to buy anything from that store due to the terrible rude customer service. This took place around 5 pm on a Monday. Terrible customer service!!! They lost a good sale from me.

Terrible customer service, I asked for help multiple times from different workers and received no help. Everyone has a disgusting attitude in this store, I truly don’t know what their problem is. Direct this energy to rude customers, not to the ones who are asking for help politely. On your phone and then getting upset cause someone needs assistance??? Do better!
