They are good sales people are helpful but sometimes they don't have everything you may want or need most likely a stocking issue, but overall a good place to shop for things.

This review is specifically about an employee named Serge and the poor customer service I experienced.
I waited over 30 minutes to get something I already knew I wanted. During that entire time, Serge never acknowledged me after initially dismissing me mid-sentence—even though I was standing at the register in plain sight.
When I tried to get his attention just to ask if he could call someone to help me, Serge cut me off and said loudly to another customer, “You’re my last customer. I’m off the clock and I’m not helping anyone else.” He said it clearly so that I would hear he wasn’t going to help me.
Despite that announcement, he continued to help several other customers—everyone except me.
Before that, I saw a woman walk out because he kept pushing an upgrade she didn’t want. As she left, he said, “She’ll be back,” and when she said she wouldn’t, he made a dismissive hand gesture and told another employee, “Don’t worry about her.” It was unprofessional and disrespectful.
The one employee who did acknowledge me was interrupted by Serge so he could publicly scold him about a sale, which delayed me even longer. That employee tried to tell him that I had been waiting but Serge said that he had to address it then and there, while on the floor.
At one point, I heard Serge coaching staff about how important Black Friday is, but good customer service should matter every day, not just when extra sales are at stake.
Overall, Serge’s behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and centered on upselling rather than helping customers respectfully. Other employees were kind, but this experience was made unnecessarily negative because of him. Management should address this—customers deserve courtesy and honest service, not to be ignored or talked over.

I have never been to a business where the workers and staff ignore the customers. Trying to sell the product without even knowing what the hell they are talking about.
