I’ve been shopping at this Best Buy for at least 10 years. The service has always been good, especially when they have deals. They consistently offer great deals on laptops, which is mainly what I shop for.
I’ve purchased laptops here for myself, my wife, and my kids over the years, and I’ve never had any issues. Overall, no complaints a reliable place to shop for electronics.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Best Buy location today. I attempted to purchase a pair of Sony XM6 headphones, and the total came to $433. I was paying in cash and was told by the employee that I was $80 short, so I was unable to complete the purchase.
When I got home, I counted my money multiple times and had $475, which means I should have had money left over, not been short. This points to a serious counting or handling mistake.
Because of this error, I left the store empty-handed after making the trip, which was extremely disappointing. I expect better accuracy and professionalism when handling cash, especially for high-priced items.
