Hice una compra online y cuando llegue a la a recoger el producto habían cancelado porque no lo tienen en stock. Perdida de dinero y tiempo. Esta tienda no es formal.

Most unprofessional experience ever starting with customer service, delivery and customer service management. I purchased an LG tv, sound bar, wall mount and service agreement that was supposed to be delivered today, at the end of my delivery window I called customer service and they said there was an issue at the warehouse and I won't be receiving my purchase today. 2 hours later the delivery shows up after I had left my home. Lost a whole day of work for nothing communication and honesty seems to be an issue with this company and they have no respect or consideration for their customers time. I made the purchase because I had a family reunion and would have been nice to have it to enjoy for the holidays, needless to say I cancelled my whole entire order. This is not the way you do business!!

Hago el servicio de Roadie y recojo siempre productos en todos las locaciones de best buy y hoy me sentícoaccoonado por el personal de seguridad que para sacar un simple coche de compras le debo dejar mi identificación para poder sacarlo teniendo en todo el mall coches tirados yo le indiqué que lo iba a traer como en todos los locales por que entiendo la labor del personal y me sentí realmente incomodo por nadie en todos los locales me pidieron mi identificación por qué es un documento. Que no debe quedarse en canje por un coche simple que el público lo usa
