Oct.2026..excellent customer service, staff members are willing to go above and beyond to help customers with item's details, clearances and recommendations. This staff member was busy stocking a shelf and he still offered his expertise and knowledge of a printer I was looking 4. The store has lots of floor models at discounted prices. TV's starting @$200 , refrigerators, $479 floor models. The staff even carry your purchase and place them in your vehicles wich makes it convenient to just pull your car to the ramp and all is taken care for you. Fully recommended

Nasty dirty racist Security Guard. Not only did he racially profile my family and I. He approached us to escalate the situation. We decided to confront him about following us around the store. He goes 'the store is small.' He literally followed us from the smart glasses, to the drone cameras, to the gaming section, to the washers and dryers, the Lego section and then the espresso machines. The store wasnt crowded but there was more than enought people for him to 'watch'. When I asked him why he wasnt watching the white people in there he says 'because my people are humans.' He says this a few times with an amused smirk. While this commotion was going on we noticed two bolts on his right inner forearm I belive. Which is a white supremacist and Neo-Nazi symbol. Not to mention a 13 in a spade which is also white supremacy symbols. The fact that best buy would even feel comfortable hiring someone with such hateful symbols on their skin is disgusting. Especially since majority of the staff in this best buy is black. Im highly offended and hope something is done about this.

I attempted to buy a pixel here, the employees who are all people of color, canceled my in-store order and ganged up on me, following me to the exit. Make sure to have something on you just on case.
