I wanted to share my recent experience at the Best Buy store, particularly in the TV section. Unfortunately, I found the service to be less than satisfactory, as some staff members were quite unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my needs. Based on this experience, I have decided to visit the Best Buy at Greenacres in the future, as I have heard better reviews about their customer service. I believe that enhancing the customer experience is important, and I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements at this location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
This place sucks another store that just openly allows people to steal product from them and , not even have the decency to update the stock on the website. Spend 15 minites on the phone trying to talk to someone but all you get a damn automated system. Then you spend another 40 minutes coming to the location, just for the store manager to say they allow people to steal and they try there best to stop it
