Disappointing Service Despite being a My Best Buy Total Tech Member since 2020. At the end of my interaction, I cancelled both the PS5 order and My Best buy membership.
As a longstanding Total Tech member, I expected a reasonable standard of support and professionalism during my recent visit to Best Buy. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of those expectations.
Despite clearly requesting assistance with the same day PS5 order, the employee at the pickup counter appeared unwilling to help and showed little interest in addressing my concerns. She was more willing to pass me off to the Geek Squad rep. I explained both issues I needed help with and his response was 1. We cannot do anything about the iPad not turning on and 2. He asked If I can come back around 4pm, there will be a guy who knows more about transferring the data from one PS5 to the new PS5. Their lack of engagement created an environment that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Given the cost and commitment associated with the Total Tech membership, I anticipated a higher level of customer service. This experience was deeply disappointing and reflects poorly on the value Best Buy claims to provide its members.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works to ensure that customers — especially those who invest in membership services — receive the attentive and respectful support they are promised. If management or corporate, reviews this… I give you permission to review my purchase history from 2008 to present and see if I don’t deserve the bare minimum of customer support.

Staff is super quick and helpful. Went to do four things: recycle an old T.V., trade in a console, purchase an item and picked up an item. In and out in less than 25 minutes. Thank you!
I wanted to share my recent experience at the Best Buy store, particularly in the TV section. Unfortunately, I found the service to be less than satisfactory, as some staff members were quite unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my needs. Based on this experience, I have decided to visit the Best Buy at Greenacres in the future, as I have heard better reviews about their customer service. I believe that enhancing the customer experience is important, and I hope my feedback can contribute to improvements at this location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Nov. 2025. Large location with lots of floor models at discounted prices. TV's starting @$200 , refrigerators, $479 floor models, please DO NOT BUY stoves with air frier included in oven, not a good experience since the fan in the stove area makes a mess with gravy and liquid condiments blowing it all over the compartment. But this business has lots of options. Ramp for pick up merchandise makes it easy and convenient. Staff very helpful. Fully recommended
