I needed a gift for a last minute occasion. Found it on bestbuy.com and said I could pick it up the next day. Great! I purchase it, and am told I’ll get an email when it’s ready to pick up. At 5pm the next day… still no email. I call to inquire - and they give me no info other than that I should “check back end of day”. At that point I understand I’ll be showing up at my event empty handed. Whatever, worse things have happened. Next day, order status still just says “processing”. No communication from Best Buy about them not fulfilling on time or anything. So I just cancelled it. Terrible service… am reminded why I never shop here. Just stick to Amazon!

Went to purchase myself a MacBook for work .. went early in the morning on a weekday so it was empty.. there wasnt many workers on the floor for me to ask questions too. Had to go walk around and find someone to inquire about the MacBook. And was a little annoyed during checkout because the employee kept trying to push the best buy subscription on me after saying no thank you twice. But I guess its their job 🤷🏻‍♀️ Other than that no issue .. go in get what you need and leave
