I bought a bambu lab p2s 3D printer for my son's birthday, it has a issue while using it so we need to exchange, I bring it to the store at Atlantic center location and Giselle at customer service were super helpful, her smile always on the face and very professional on every steps during the whole process. Exchange was very smooth and satisfying, thank you for having wonderful team members like Giselle! Love Best Buy!

First they put a sign in front of the store saying OOS while they actually got something... Second, I don't get how stores enforce the 'one per person' rule. I was in line for Pokémon cards, realized they didn't have what I wanted, and tried to give my quota to the guy behind me just to be nice. The employee stopped us and said no. When I asked what happens if a parent brings their kids, she said they'd still only get one because there's only one adult. I just stopped arguing. It's called one per person for a reason—she was being incredibly unhelpful and power-tripping over cardboard.

I purchased online Open Box AirPods Pro 3. When I got home and opened the box, I realized they gave me AirPods gen 2, and the ear tips they included don’t even fit the AirPods. Returning and never trusting this store or Best Buy open box products ever again! 👎🏻
