I went to Best Buy to find a new TV. At first I didn’t know what to get. I wanted to get a Samsung TV, an employee name Danny assist me and showed me some TVs. He was so helpful and friendly. Didn’t pressure me at all. Once I found a TV I liked, I went back to Danny and he showed me an LG TV that was just as good for a better price. Very professional. I left with an even better TV thanks to Danny!!
I like shopping at the mall lots of stores I like and the prices are inexpensive and plenty of eye candy there to enjoy its a real cool mall.
Very Poor service. I asked 4 members help while the store was empty and all refused to assist. The last person misdirected me to WRONG product and now I have to go back to return the product.
