I purchased online Open Box AirPods Pro 3. When I got home and opened the box, I realized they gave me AirPods gen 2, and the ear tips they included don’t even fit the AirPods. Returning and never trusting this store or Best Buy open box products ever again! 👎🏻

Poor custom service . I went to the store to get two items . The price range up higher and i told the casher . He told me to go to that section for help . I said wait they are the only one that can change the price? He said the manager can do also. He call the manager and told him about the price and can he change it .The manager didnt say a work and shooke his head no. i said no thank you went back to take a picture of the price and walked out. Never age will they get my money. If this happen to anyone call the BBB.

I got some earbuds here that I’m super happy with. The staff was kind, and the store was well-stocked and organized.
