They never answer the phone if you want to ask for basic pricing info. When you call the store and want to speak to the store, they first reroute you to an oversees call center that knows nothing about the specific store and if they transfer you no one at this store answers the phone! So if you want to know the deals for the specific store or have a nuanced question for the actual store, good luck. They’re too ‘busy’ to talk to you but not too busy to take your money. What a joke !
