This location is not what it used to be
This location is a mess then I was in there!
I was going in there to get a laptop but then I got in there it was so hard to have associates available to help! I was going through the entire store to find help! And when they do help it seem like they don’t want to be there but then l when I found the laptop I wanted . I try to find someone to get it for me . I try to get help to get the laptop I wanted but the worker proceeds to walk away from me. I walked out of that store so fast! I’m never going back to this location again.
Customer service still doesn’t exist at this Best Buy. Ordered something for online pick up
And they don’t have it in stock😑
Wanted to purchase an item close to what I needed asked a person walking around they didn’t wanna help. Sent me to stand online I’m in a rush that’s why I ordered it online for 1HR pick up. I honestly and truly hate coming here but this is the only one in Brooklyn close to me
He helped me out today with incredible patience and professionalism. The keys he had initially weren’t working, so he had to go back a couple times to get the right ones—but he did it without hesitation or frustration. Totally cool about it the whole time. He also took the time to answer all my questions, was super knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Really appreciate the effort and kindness—Dominic wrapped it all up with a great attitude. Thanks again, man.
