Waited 45 minutes to just check the price of a computer . Guy said he was helping someone and never came back . Employees watching me stand there and no one offered to help . I just wanted the price of the item . honestly this is embarrassing. As I was walking out 7-8 employees infront of the store hanging around . but no one to help ? Never coming back to this store again .

Was waiting around the cellphone area for 20 minutes and no employee in sight. Just wanted to buy a phone. When an employee did show up, he excused himself for a second and never came back. Very unprofessional. Better just ordering online and picking up

My husband just spent 45 min in the store because we had wanted to buy a new laptop but even after 45 minutes no workers were available to help us. He had went to see the manager and the manager said that he cannot help him. This is the worst quality store we have ever been to and what is the purpose of this store if there are no workers willing to help sell their products.
