The service is pathetic, the workers don't respect the customer, they speak rudely, why does America only show itself beautifully in advertisements? Came in trying to buy a new laptop for school but there was only one worker helping in the laptop area and spent a half hour waiting for the worker to free up due to it being a busy time all while 5 workers sat at the pickup area doing nothing.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Best Buy. On Tuesday I went in specifically to purchase a new phone and expected some guidance on the models I was considering. I spoke to a representative, explained what I needed, and asked him for help stating that I need to buy today. He briefly told me what was available, he wasn’t interested to make that sale at all, then left without following up.
I waited around, expecting him or someone else to assist, but no one came. After half more hour standing in line for another associate—who already had five people waiting, I gave up. In total, I wasted about 50 minutes in the store without receiving real assistance. I only went there because it was closer to home. But I should’ve just not waist my time.
I left frustrated and went straight to Apple, where I purchased my phone immediately. Based on this experience, I would not recommend even bother. Go straight to your service provider or Apple where you get tip of line service if u want to save your time and nerves.
