I stopped by Best Buy today around 6:15 PM after a long and exhausting day to buy a pair of earbuds. I have to say, the customer service was excellent. Nick was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me get exactly what I needed.

The service is extremely slow. I’ve already been waiting for 30 minutes just to drop off an item for service. There are many people waiting, but only one employee is helping customers. It feels like no one cares why you’re here or what you need.
