Customer service is a joke. If you need assistance, you nred to go in search of them. They need to learn what customer service is. Any questions I had, I was told, "Oh you need to talk with the rep" and then they walk away, where is the rep?????? Really??? I felt like I was invisible and they could care less if I spent money there or not.

Love standing in line for 20 min because u have no employees anymore it is at a point that is beyond ridiculous one week later and i'm standing in line for twenty minutes again to cash out one item every day, every week
