Love the option to pick it out online and then walk in the front door and immediately walk back out with the item already paid. Ready to go. You can even park right at the door for quick pickups like that. Works great for small service jobs when I need a PC or a component that might be in stock. Must be amazing to take advantage of that option for Christmas shopping.

Service took days longer than predicted. Misspelled my last name on a contract for services and did not correct. Assistant manager had no compassion. I will not recommend the Geek Squad in the McKinley Mall.

I went in for a new laptop and was greeted immediately at the door. They called a specialist over (Brandon?) and I explained what I was looking for, and my price range. I'm not a computer expert, and I was treated with respect, not spoken down to. While suggestions were made, I didn't feel high pressure. I recommend Best Buy Hamburg.
