How do I check product availability at the Hamburg Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

I walked in ready to purchase a laptop in March. The sales associate told me that I should wait for a better sale and come back then. He even told me there are better on black Friday. If I could wait 8 months for a laptop I wouldn't be in the store. He then told me I'd be paying at least $800 like it was a bad thing. He didn't even ask me my budget. He just assumed I didn't want to pay that much. I was telling him models I had looked at which were all over that price point. He was really dismissive and talked poorly about every option we looked at. It's like he didn't want to be bothered talking to us but he was the one that came over and asked us if we needed help. If he didn't want us to buy anything he should have just kept standing off to the side texting with his peers.
