Do not bother using their “Geek Squad” - after opening a credit card and buying a $4,000 TV we waited 3 weeks for installation (paid for install, removal of old TV and delivery at all additional costs) and the night before installation they emailed us to say WE needed to call to reschedule as they do not have the staff to do our install. After a long call with customer service we decided to pick up the TV and do the install ourselves. Wish we would have not waited to do this as it was an enormous waste of time and a huge headache. Best Buy should not be able to bill/charge you for something they clearly are not staffed to do. They said they could reschedule for 3 weeks later and I basically laughed as I knew that wasn’t going to be a possibility. Extremely disappointed in this company. (Also the only reason we still purchased the TV from them is because we already opened the credit card, majority of the prices you find here can be bought at Walmart or Amazon for the exact same item at the exact same price, if not for the credit card we would have completely cancelled the order)

Do NOT recommend for Apple Support. I booked an appointment through Apple Support for a screen replacement on an iPhone 13. The first appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, but it couldn’t be completed due to time constraints related to Find My iPhone not completely turning off and having to disable the anti-theft feature, which required a one-hour wait. Although it was frustrating to wait over 30 minutes, I understood the situation and was told to book another appointment to resolve the issue. I scheduled a second appointment for three days later, only to arrive and be told that they didn’t have the necessary screen replacement. They told me to go to Apple to have it fixed

Never buy a treadmill from here. I picked mine up, set it up over the course of 6 hours just to find that the belt was ripped. Best Buy tried charging me to have someone replace and set it up for me. Unreal. Manager there needs to be fired. She has no place being a manager for any business ever. She’s short, in her 30s I’d guess with longer hair. I hope you never have to work with her she was rude, dismissive and was literally 0 help
