Had to return my laptop because it was supposed to have touch screen and didn't. Geek.Squad WORTH IT !! Price match but it must be same item not comparable item.
I bought a new iPad a few weeks ago at BEST BUY in Hamburg. After a few weeks I couldn’t get it to charge. I took it back to the store and they found out it was the block and not the cord or iPad. They asked if I bought the insurance. I said no, so I would have to pay for a new block. I couldn’t believe it. She said go to the Apple Store and she printed me my receipt. I said call the manager and you can tell him that’s the last thing I ever buy at this store. I have bought many iPads, computers and lots of Televisions from this store. Went to the apple store at Galleria and they replaced no questions asked. I know it was only a $19.00 block but I ended up buying my granddaughter a computer for $1,399. plus tax for college. That’s what you get BEST BUY FOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You can look under Gerald to see all the things I bought from your store.

I ordered a Galaxy S25+ for my mother to pick up, and I realized the pickup was canceled by BestBuy on the day I was supposed to pick it up. To make matters worse, the sale price ended that day, and the phone was charged at full price instead. When I called BestBuy, they told me that the store manager in Hamburg, NY had the authority to help me, since the purchase was made during the sale period. However, when I reached out for assistance, the manager refused to honor the original sale price, leaving me without the phone I intended to buy at the discounted price. This whole experience has been extremely disappointing!
