Customer Service Black Hole Ordered a product online under the pretense that it will be arriving next day.(It was clearly stated in plain sight "Next Day") I receive a text message alert the next day (at 3am local time. Thanks for waking me up) that there is a delay with my order with no explanation provided why. I called customer service and spent an hour waiting on the line only for the rep to tell me that she could not cancel the order and didn't know why. After I politely asked to have my order cancelled again due to shipping delays, I was disconnected. I then tried to connect to customer service online through the chat feature. My wait time went from 30 minutes to 12 minutes to an hour to "We're sorry, all of our Agents are currently busy. Please try again later." It is my personal conviction, based on multiple experiences with them in the past, that Best Buy engages in questionable and misleading selling practices and false advertisement just to get the sale. It then makes it absolutely impossible to raise a claim or complaint about the purchase if the consumer is not satisfied with it for whatever reason. This company has zero integrity, undermines consumer rights and is an absolute sham.

Went to Best buy is to get some pricing on some Apple Mac computers but they didn't have what I needed in stock and they didn't have what I needed in quantity either.
