Honestly don't know how these stores are still open it is so hard to find anything in the store Who designed the inside of these stores is beyond me I definitely miss the old days when it was more spread out.

I had a friend call to ask a question about the availability of a TV priced at around $5K that was going to be purchased TODAY. The woman on the phone said it was in stock but the friend didn't want to place an online order. So, instead of politely ending the call, the woman disconnected the line. Unbelievable. And I'm sure they don't care.
