Went in to buy a Sony speaker, not very busy at the store when I was there. Pleasant associate walks up and asked can I help you, Yes , would like to buy this speaker that is on display, she talks into her ear piece and says someone will come over to help, 10 min later another associate walks up and says can I help Same response. Third associate comes over can I help , Yes would like to buy this speaker, he looks on his phone and says we don’t have this speaker you are looking to buy. But I can order it for you. I said so can I and with delivery was 75.00 cheaper.
And they wonder why retail is failing at Galleria.
