Went on Christmas Eve because I ordered and forgot to pick it up. Ordered the wrong item off line and they found what I wanted and did the refund with out giving me a hard time.

Okay so the gentlemen at the door and the lady I asked for help were great but the guy she called over to help me figure out ONE SMALL THING which is figure out if they have anymore ethernet cables they take eons to come over to help. Again the gentlemen and lady at the start were great it was just that other person she called over to help me like how can say yes to coming to help a customer and take over 30min?
