The staff were very friendly. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed any help to which I was then directed to where I needed to go. The lady who helped me once I got to the counter had a happy go lucky spirit and helped me in a matter of minutes and I was on my way. Very well kept store.
JT in appliances was extremely helpful and polite. Made shopping for a new washer and dryer easy. It’s a shame Best Buy doesn’t give him commission though, he deserved it.
I purchased a microwave for my home from Best Buy just a month ago. I have two babies at home who drink formula milk. It hasn't even been a month, and my microwave is already not working! My oven came with a two-year warranty, but when I went to the store, they told me to call the service center to schedule an appointment for service. In that case, why did I opt for a two-year warranty? thank you Best Buy for your best service
