Went there to exchange a product and the young lady at customer service doesnt know what shes doing. I had to request a manager. She denied me over and over saying I couldn't exchange or return my item. I had already checked before going there. When the manager came out he was knowledgeable and polite. Please train your workers. Other than that. I really dont prefer this location i find the Amherst location has more products and better organizing. But hey its best buy i love best by. Unless I need to go here ill stay away.
Nareen Darbo in the Geek Squard dept. was very attentive and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.
Bri (sales agent), in the TV department was exceptional in answering all our questions and was instrumental in directing us to the purchase of a brand new TV that we love!
Barebones electronics store. We've bought two phones there the last few weeks. If you don't want to go to a cell phone store, it's hard to find any other place to buy a phone. We didn't get the best service. We'd love to find a place that offers better customer service.
