In December 2020 they sold my friend, former roommate and I a laptop that did not work. We sent it in for repairs, and ended up getting another laptop from the location in McKinley Mall. That laptop also didn't work and after sending it in, I believe all the way to headquarters in New Jersey, it came back and the second computer still didn't work. I give the employees here 5/5 stars because they do try their best, they are knowledgeable and they are friendly; not to mention I do very much enjoy going to Best Buy, but the problem is we lost between us over $1,000 over two very, very crappy laptops, which is a lot of money to lose out on. Best Buy needs to be a lot more careful about the products that they sell. We also purchased surround sound speakers from the Best Buy at McKinley Mall, had to return those and the second speakers were much better but even after a year, maybe two years, they too started having multiple problems. We are both young, tech savvy people so it's not really the fault of Best Buy but the companies selling their products to Best Buy that are not always giving the best quality products

Don’t ever buy open box anything. Mac mini, 4k monitor, headphones all in “excellent condition” needed to return all. Apple products were iCloud locked. Monitor was scratched and had damage. Headphones were filthy. Bought a vinyl record online brand new and it came in a paper padding. The whole record and packaging destroyed. Needed to return all of it. Super time consuming and frustrating. Last time I’ll ever shop at Best Buy.
