I went to Best buy to buy a new Samsung s90f 55 inch television. The employees were very helpful. They help me pick between two different televisions I was looking at. Here's where the problems starts. For the Samsung s90f which is an OLED TV you must have 2.1 HDMI cables to bring out the brilliance of the TV, so I asked him for 2.1 HDMI cables. He said sure and he gave me a set of cables when I took them home they were the wrong cables, they were 2.0 not 2.1, So now I had to go online and order the right cables. And make a separate trip to bring back the wrongcables they gave me. Secondly and this is what really aggravated me, they did not have the TV in store so they had to set up delivery, okay inconvenient but no big deal. So that's what he did he set up a delivery to my address told me it would be there on a specific date. So I went home Happy am prepared for my expected delivery, well the morning that it was supposed to come between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. I got a phone call from Best buy saying we have to set up your delivery, I said what are you talking about we already have a delivery setup I received a email confirming that it's supposed to be here between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.. they said no sir we have no delivery scheduled, I said I paid you $1,400 you set up a delivery in the store while I watched, I want my TV they said we have no TV in stock to give you. I said I want to speak to a manager right now, oh he'll call you back there's no one here. I said there's always a manager I want to speak to a manager now. he'll call you back, well he never did call me back. so I got in my truck and drove down to Best buy, in case you're wondering galleria Mall cheektowaga New York. I asked to speak to the manager of the store, he took his time getting to me, but he might have been busy with another customer. I explained the situation to him he was very helpful, he said oh we have that model in store, well they don't have the night I bought it two or three nights before must have got a delivery. So he said you can take it home with you if you have a truck I said I do indeed. Here's why they got three stars instead of one he gave me $108 credit off the price of the TV back to my credit card. What's the exception of the manager everyone else was incompetent. And caused by blood pressure to go through the roof. So if you enjoy aggravation go buy a TV at Best buy. Merry Christmas everyone.

Canadians are not welcome at this location. I tried to trade in a device for a new one and they wouldn’t take the trade in because I only had a Canadian ID, not a US id. 0 effort was made by employees or manager to rectify the situation. Pick up order had been made online including the trade in and at no point did it say US ID is required, just ID is required for pick up.

The Asian dude at the geek squad is terrible no patience working with the elderly and he act like he couldn't explain my warranty dont work somewhere your not happy smh you ruined somebody day cause you miserable
