Canadians are not welcome at this location. I tried to trade in a device for a new one and they wouldn’t take the trade in because I only had a Canadian ID, not a US id. 0 effort was made by employees or manager to rectify the situation. Pick up order had been made online including the trade in and at no point did it say US ID is required, just ID is required for pick up.
The Asian dude at the geek squad is terrible no patience working with the elderly and he act like he couldn't explain my warranty dont work somewhere your not happy smh you ruined somebody day cause you miserable
Friendly staff, fast service
Bought a new printer and the sales guy was very helpful.But since I needed to have someone help me getting the printer up and running that was another story. The Geek Squad was totally terrible. I told them I work mornings and to schedule a visit to my home after 1:00pm. Trying to get them to accomadant us got nowhere. Called a few times and no one could help me.They either just put me on hold until the call disconnected. So someone just showed up in the morning. We had left a note on the door explain this too. Totally bad customer service.
