I had a 10 month old hp printer which stopped working. Best Buy agreed immediately to replace it a d store personnel walked me through the options of replacement printers and got it done very quickly.
I seem to remember Best Buy having good service and rewarding shopper loyalty. Recently, when I had an unusual problem with my purchase, I was told the managers have no authority over the offshore call center. Long story short, I lost a lot of time and money under the false belief I would be better off shopping here than Newegg or Amazon.
Next day delivery nightmare!
Tried twice. Never received.
Then had to deal with AI which couldn't solve the problem. Just a waste of time trying to connect to a real person.

It's a best buy so the contents are known. But pickup and staff engagement has always been outstanding
