Not a great experience overall… I do not recommend this store… it seems to be going downhill

Best Buy is dangerous because you walk in needing one HDMI cable and somehow leave questioning whether you need a 75-inch TV, a gaming chair, and a drone you absolutely do not have a practical use for.
That said, I genuinely like shopping here. The employees have always been friendly and, surprisingly, pretty honest. They’ll actually tell you when the cheaper product is basically the same thing instead of trying to upsell you into financial ruin, which feels rare in electronics stores.
My bank account definitely experiences emotional distress every time I enter the building, but if I need some random electronic item immediately and don’t feel like waiting two days for shipping, Best Buy almost always has it sitting there ready to destroy my budget in person.
A reliable place to spend money you were hoping to keep.
