Would be zero stars. The manager Joe is rude and lazy. Refused to give me my purchased item after it was paid for. Sketchy and not shopping here anymore. Also the manager tells his employees to not process transactions the correct way.

Got a second TV. Fair price -30+inches for$79.00 - (on sale) people were great, store was clean, over all great place!
I have never seen a Best Buy like this. The place is gigantic!! Friendly service with everything you could ever need.

I visited this store on 11/10/24
Positive - David(?) at LoveSac! Very knowledgeable and personable, and spent 20+ minutes helping answer questions from both myself and my children. We didn't come to BestBuy for a LoveSac, but we are seriously considering it after the detailed information given to us by David(?).
Negative - We went to BestBuy to look at the 3 picture TVs now available on the market. They had two versions of the Samsung TV to check out, and the TCL frame TV on display, all of which would display both Frame mode and TV mode. My negative and reason for 3-stars is that the Hisense frame TV (which is highly rated as the Samsung competitor) was only able to be viewed in Frame mode. When buying a Frame TV, specifically one with a matte, canvas-like screen it's important to view it in both modes to make sure the image quality is not diminished. Unfortunately we ruled out the Hisense TV as we could not view it in TV mode. It also took 10+ minutes to find an employee to assist us and confirm it would only work in Frame mode.
