It was not a good experience thee greeter was too busy talking to another employee to page someone over for the online order pick ups. That's even after I asked the if they could page someone over to help up NOPE just went back to talking.

After going in there yesterday I can see why Best Buy’s all over the country are closing. Probably close to 10-15 employees standing around, who all purposely looked away when they saw me. I stood in the computer monitor section for close to 30 minutes, while employees continued to ignore me before I ended up having to go up to someone and ask for help. I needed help getting a mount for my computer monitor and the guy gave me the completey wrong product. I had a feeling it wasn’t the right one but and when I asked the employee he couldn’t care less to answer my question. Best Buy is getting robbed blind by their employees because they literally don’t do anything to help the customers whatsoever. It’s a shame it’s one of the few electronics stores around besides Walmart. This location will eventually close down with the rest.
