Made an order, was told in stock, then told no after coming while recieving an email that it wasnt and was being shipped, called customer service, totally clueless, asked for a manager and was not available, said call back but never did, 3 weeks later pick up again 40 minutes away

Nicholas (hopefully spelled that correctly) ,the guy with the cool beard, helped me out when I needed to grab a MacBook for school. Friendly, knew what he was doing, and was prompt about everything.

I was greeted upon entering. The store seemed clean based on the areas I was in while shopping. Hopefully management treats all the employees appropriately and fairly. If not, please do so.
