I was looking for a christmas gift for my wife. It was a bit difficult to get someone to help me. When I finally got someone, he said not in stock. Ok, no big deal. How can I get it. He said, "See the cashier, and he can order it in for you. "Probably a couple of days." No problem. So I went up front and ordered it. Less than an hour later, they texted me and said, "Ready for pick up," so it was in stock the whole time. I know this because there are no other best buys in this area. So I drove the 45 minutes back there to pick it up. I don't know how their system works, but it obviously doesn't work very well.

I would never buy anything there again nor recommend best buy to anyone. The service was an experience filled with lies and poor customer service.

I went to Best Buy Saturday January 4th with my Daughter & my Father to order Airpods for my Daughter that were then shipped directly to my parents home. The customer service was top notch! The package came exactly when scheduled to arrive.

I spent $500 for a laptop for my daughter for Christmas volume key does not work when, I call I get a lady that can barely speak english telling me I need an appointment,, the hell I do I'm coming in and you people better fix this!!!
