So after an AMAZING experience with Joe Howard, buying my first laptop, gaming mouse and keyboard...
I realized there was a user error(its me not you i swear) and I chose the wrong keyboard (I got tenkeyless by accident) so I made an exchange, of COURSE got the wired by mistake, and so after my THIRD visit in a week, Wesley was extremely patient and helpful with double checking everything with me before leaving. And lets not forget miss Carleys smile upon entry making a stressful situation instantly better. Great products, sold by great staff!!

the dudes here are always condescending to me, the camera guy last time and then the apple guy this time. he also made weird comments and asked personal questions regarding my appearance/ self expression which felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable. he used outdated sales tactics on me and tried to pressure me to buy another product than what I was very clear about intending to buy. telling me It was outdated (came out 7 months ago literally this year.) it does what my phone does and that's all I need/want. he ended up helping someone else for an extended time and I left for the Apple Store where the service was great and I was in and out in like 5 mins. I am a very easy customer to please and would have been an easy sale but I got weird treatment here yet again. idk I probably will stop coming here for any bigger purchase. maybe altogether tbh. price was exactly the same too and with more benefits with apple. very abysmal service at Best Buy, left feeling weird and disappointed...
