I went in convincing myself not to buy an iPad. I was in the section and I had no help until Nickolas came out of no where. He was so helpful and knew a lot about the iPad so I bought it. I really wouldn’t have if he wasn’t so helpful and nice. Thanks Nickolas!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this Best Buy! Nikolas helped me find the perfect MacBook Pro and then I came back in a few weeks later to trade my old one in. He was extremely patient, kind and knowledgeable.

We waited in line for nearly two hours to purchase Pokémon cards. Three of us were physically present and waited our turn like everyone else. The first two purchases were completed without issue. When it was the third person’s turn, the cashier was already preparing to accept payment, but another staff member from a different counter stepped in and stopped the transaction — even though the item was still in stock. We were later told the item was limited to one per customer. If that is the case, three individuals who were present and paying separately should have been allowed to purchase three units. The policy was not clearly communicated, and the enforcement appeared inconsistent compared to other customers in line. The interaction felt arbitrary and unprofessional, and the sudden change created confusion and frustration after a long wait. I hope store management reviews how high-demand item policies are communicated and enforced to ensure consistency and transparency for all customers.
