First off I waited for 45 min before being helped and people who came after me to be helped and checked out before me. Once I asked the guy with glasses and curly hair about the products I was interested in I was then told I couldn’t buy two expensive items at one time. Then after wanting my kids graduation gifts but told I couldn’t get it they had some woman with a terrible attitude ring me up and pretty much racial profile me. I have on an outfit that’s over $1000 and a bag worth $500 and the woman asked me for my id before asking my method of payment. I will never come back to be treated like this again to this location and hopefully no other customer experiences this racial profiling treatment either. The woman was Indian or mixed with long hair and glasses. Do better Best Buy!!!

Came in to look for a gaming console and went around for 10 mins looking for an available staff. Once we found a staff, we waited another 10 mins for someone else to come and assist us. Nobody came.
Luckily we found Chase who was very helpful and informative in regards the whole visit. 5 star for him!
