Extremely disappointed with my recent purchase at Best Buy. I bought two Logitech combos and a mic, but one box was a total disaster—the mouse and the USB receiver were both missing, leaving me with just a useless keyboard.
It looks like someone swapped the product and Best Buy didn't even bother to check the box before reselling it to me. This is a massive failure in their return policy and quality control. Dealing with this has been a huge headache and a waste of time. I’m done shopping here!
