placed a web order for pick up on last Friday. just 2 items, an ipad and a samsung phone. got an notification within an hour saying the order is ready. got another email on Saturday. went to pick up on Sunday, the guy had a hard time finding my order. took him like 15 minutes to find my phone, and guess what, they missed my ipad. waited 30 minutes for them to get it. I was about to tell him, "not gonna wait anymore. just give me the damn phone." he bailed and had a new guy took over when someone finally brought over an ipad. didn't even apologize. I expected to walk out in 10 min but took 45. totally defeat the purpose of a web order for pick up. messed up my order that only has 2 items. ridiculous.

Great establishment and even better employees. A standout for me was Adolfo who was very welcoming and took his time to help me with every question I had. Came in looking for a new headset and monitor and left with a an array of parts for my pc! He really helped dial down what I needed and what was missing for my upcoming build. I’m very appreciative and impressed with the service here. Will be coming back soon!

I dont know what Sadman Chowdhury is talking about, that employee helped me out in every way possible. not sure why Sadman was sad man.
The tall man with the beard was very nice to me. Super polite and knows how to talk to people!
