11/29/2025 - We purchased a television and other products from Best Buy at this specific location on November 29th and paid for delivery and installation. The salesperson informed us that they would call us the day before the scheduled delivery and installation on December 2nd (without specifying who). On December 1st, no one called. So I called Best Buy. The first person I spoke to said they would call us between 3:00 and 5:00 PM, but that didn't happens. I called again after 5:00 PM, and a woman explained that they don't notify customers the day before, but rather send an email or text message. However, I didn't receive anything, as it was well after 5:00 PM. Finally, she told me that the installation would take place on December 2nd between 1:30 and 4:30 PM and that they would contact me 30 to 45 minutes before their arrival. The technician did indeed send me a text message at 6:38 a.m. on December 2nd, confirming what the Best Buy representative had said. Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with how this whole episode turned out, but it would be even better if Best Buy salespeople and employees provided accurate information and did what they were asked to do. I hope Google agrees.
I went in to purchase a cell phone and this lady named Hibza and Verizon guy named Clyde were super helpful and made my day. Super patient and great at their work need more people like them
