So Best Buy seems to have an issue with the quality of the segway scooters they sell. I bought three of them from Best Buy and they were flimsy , poorly built and overall there was something off about the quality.

The thing with every item I buy from Best Buy....There seems to be a quality issue. Minor flaws. Most people wouldn't notice at first but they will break after a few months. I had two segway scooters from best buy and both times the battery went out in less than a week.
Both times they treated me like I was a scammer or abusing the return policy.
Both times they tried to sell me the geek squad protection plan to have the scooter serviced or repaired. Like what protection plan? The thing broke in less than a week ? Why do I need a protection plan? Isn't there a warranty? I ordered a segway scooter from the segway website directly and it works flawlessly. I don't know what's happening with Best Buy.
