Came in to look for a gaming console and went around for 10 mins looking for an available staff. Once we found a staff, we waited another 10 mins for someone else to come and assist us. Nobody came.
Luckily we found Chase who was very helpful and informative in regards the whole visit. 5 star for him!
The selection of electronics and appliances here is impressive, and I found some great deals on TVs and laptops. However, the customer service could use some improvement, as I had to wait longer than expected for assistance. Overall, a decent shopping experience, just be prepared for a little wait.
I’ve been to hundreds of Best Buy’s and this is the first one I ever been to that has the checkout line combined with order pickup and customer service. This basically destroys the purpose of online orders (among many other incentives it negates). Truly idiotic. Never coming back to this location again.

No point of this Best Buy even existing. Came to this store to buy something that says it’s available in this location but can’t get a hold of any employee to make the purchase even though the store is full of them. Everyone sitting down or doing anything but work. Just save your time and buy online.
