Hard to locate. Google Map’s fault, not Best Buy’s. It’s on the second floor accessed from the middle area. Not on the corner as indicated.

I’m not sure if I’m being scammed.
I ordered a TV, and the delivery window was scheduled for between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. When it still hadn’t arrived by 4:00 PM, I called customer service. By the time I finally got an answer, it was already around 4:30 PM.
The only thing they told me was to contact the delivery company. When I called the delivery company at 4:30 PM, they told me they were open until 8:00 PM and that my TV would be delivered before 7:00 PM.
However, when I called them again at 7:35 PM because the TV still hadn’t arrived, I was sent straight to voicemail. The recording said they were already closed and that their business hours ended at 7:30 PM. This is confusing because earlier they had clearly told me they would be open until 8:00 PM.
So I’ve spent my entire Saturday waiting at home, from 12:00 PM until 7:35 PM, and it’s now 7:37 PM. My TV still hasn’t been delivered, and the order status on your website hasn’t been updated at all.
Could you please explain what is going on and let me know when I can actually expect my TV to be delivered?
