I been a costume r for many years more than 15 years buying products at bestbuy regó park, today I did a purchase on line they send me a notification that item was ready to my surprise when I got to the store store is closed permanently shut downs, now my istis why bestbuy contó show that rego par store is open im very sure im not the only costumer going there and finding that is closed, why bestbuy doesn’t change the information people costumers should be notified on the internet that this location no longer is active

I requested a stylus for the Kindle Scribe. The employees had no way of knowing where it was or a possible substitute. The store was out of any stylus or a comparable substitute. What a waste of time.

I was excited for the grand opening for Best Buy at Rego Center. But then, I quickly got disappointed with how some of the items and displays were damaged/dirty for a new place. But now it makes sense... I think this best buy moved from Elmhurst to Rego Park.
