I just walked out and decided to write a review right away. Honestly, this was an absolute nightmare. I told the employee that I wanted to buy the phone with cash. Instead, he started signing me up for a credit account. I told him I didn’t want any credit. In the end, my credit score dropped by three points. Thank you very much for that. Honestly, what an idiot. There’s no other way to describe it.

Terrible experience with Geek Squad went for my PS5 CD Drive had 2 year warranty and the store gave me a store credit and did not gave me the credit for the insurance or added the insurance to the same drive I purchased originally from them Terrible experience with this store
