Would he no stars if I could.Took my watch in to be replaced under warranty as a total tech member because it won't hold charge and was told I had to make an appointment with geek squad for them to do a simple exchange. Geek squad had no openings for 2 hours and I've already wasted my time driving here.

This is a smaller Best Buy compared to some other locations but you’ll still find plenty of brands and electronics for every need. 5 stars for their helpful employees!
I drove about an hour to talk to a best buy employee about getting a remote start installed as well as other questions. I didnt see very many employees around and the few I did see were busy. Finally, I seen an employee walking by and stopped him. Come to find out, there was only 1 guy who knew anything about the remote starters and he was too busy to talk to me. They wanted me to make an appointment just to talk to the guy. I left and didnt buy a darn thing!

Staff was very nice appliances, not so much Bought a refrigerator got it home and it was broken.
