Doing a doordasg order i was greeted and told where to look for the item but It took me going back to said person to get help after asking twice for assistance

Received an email at 10:30 saying our installation had been cancelled due to a “conflict”. Customer service apologized and rescheduled the install for 11/28. Yesterday while having our family thanksgiving meal, I received a phone call from the installer cancelling today’s installation. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again. Don’t use them!!!’
