They have some of the best prices on electronics with decent warranties. The only complaint I have, some of the sales representatives need to be more polite when customers enter the store. Courteousness and acknowledment go a long way.
Went in for a new version od the jitterbug phone for my mother. The guy at the door seemed nice but wasn't informed about them. The people at the back desk got it done and helped us find a tablet.
Store was clean and kept.
there could be an improvement for customer seating while employees handle things like activation.
I especially liked how the team of employees helped eachother when having an issue.
Matt and MJ are awesome! Helped me and my hubby with Naruto and Magic products and we’re super knowledgeable and friendly. ⭐️
Best Buy is the only store where I walk in planning to “just browse” and somehow leave feeling like I survived a side quest. The place is spotless—so clean I’m convinced they have a secret squad of ninjas wiping fingerprints off the TVs every 12 minutes. The staff is equally impressive. I swear one of them materialized out of thin air just to ask if I needed help, like a friendly tech wizard.
I went in for something simple, and next thing I knew I was getting a full TED Talk on HDMI cables. Not in a bad way more like, “Wow, this person actually knows what they’re talking about.” The Geek Squad looked ready to perform open‑heart surgery on a laptop, and honestly, I believe they could.
Everything is organized, the aisles make sense, and nobody tried to upsell me into a refrigerator that could probably run a small country. It’s refreshing.
If you want a clean store, helpful staff, and the occasional accidental tech lecture, Best Buy is your place. You’ll walk out with what you came for… and maybe one thing you didn’t, but at least you’ll feel good about it.
