When you sign up for their credit card it feels like they purposefully hold it until your first payment is late, it takes 25+ minutes to talk to a real person when you call the number provided, and then blame you for not knowing to pay your bill at the store that is 45+ minutes from your home. I've attempted 5+ times to make an online payment, the ONLY option listed in the emails sent, and it "could not be processed." Thanks for the GREAT customer service.

My brother, who is challenged, purchased a lap top on 2/16/26. They did not have the item in the store. The sales person said he could order it and that it would arrive today. I said yes. The lap top did not arrive today. The store representative said she could find no order for shipment but could find the purchase. I called the corporate office. She told me that there was an order and that he should have an email with the tracking number. There is no email. My brother waited all day for this delivery that did not come. Now we are told that we have to go back to the store to get this straightened out. He is very upset, which makes me angry and short tempered.
Update, we went to the store and after much searching on their system, they found that the laptop had been shipped to the store and put in their stock. It was never shipped to my house. My brother went through a full day and a half of anxiety for something that was not going to happen. He now has his laptop.

A very nice electronic store with some appliances. The people were great. Will shop there again.
Three people always standing by the door to greet people, but no one can be bothered to answer a phone and tell me if you have something in stock. I have to drive 45 minutes to find out your out of stock. Change your website to reflect all your stock. Don't try baiting people into your stores.
