Terrible place not one employee to help with anything, the worst . If you go there good luck finding what you need.!

I ordered a racing wheels and pedals from this Best Buy in the morning. I was told my package was ready round noon. Happily I drove there 40mins to pickup the package in the afternoon only to find out a beaten up box with a big hole in it. The sale rep said I should take it and return it if it’s broken, but I refused.
Would have been respectful to the me (the client) to give me a call and explain the condition of the package and not waste 1 1/2hrs of my life for a broken product.
2 stars for the easiness of canceling the pickup, but we’ll not buy from (that) Best Buy ever again.
