Cool store they will help you find your stuff
Service is good but stock is not full. Used to be so much better.
Terrible experience ordered an item online. Told it would be there in an hour. Waited over 2 hours only to be informed that it was out of stock

Thank you for your review. I know it's frustrating when an order is not ready as expected and then to find out that the item is not in stock. Sometimes an order comes in while a customer in the store happens to be purchasing the item. There is no way for the system to tell that the item is in someone's cart in the store. Was in there today Friday, March 28, 2025 and was looking to spend about $300-$500 dollars. NOT 1 employee came to see if I needed help or greeted me. The whole time I was there all the employee's on the floor we're just having conversations amongst each other for about a good 25 mins while I was walking around trying to locate the items I wanted. I eventually got disgusted at how they thought there conversation was more important than helping a customer in need of assistance that I just walked outta there livid. I will never bother going into this Best Buy ever again.
