WATCH OUT! Went to this Best Buy to buy a new speaker. Service was great until it got to payment. I paid what I needed to and a few minutes later when I’m in my car, I get a notification that I got a fraud charge because I just got scammed by a skimmer. One of the employees put a skimmer on the payment device. When I went back to ask for support, they just acting like they didn’t know anything and why I was charged $375 from a random company after paying the already $400 for the speaker. Nobody was able to help or look into this more. It was clear there was a skimmer being used on one of the devices at checkout and was clear as day to a friend and I. Watch out, they won’t help.

As soon as we walked in and asked for appliances, Isaac directed us to John.
John provided excellent customer services and indepth details about the appliance were intended to purchase. It wasnt available at the store so he directed us to another best buy for the purchase. It is a refreshing experience to have sales staff looking to make the customer happy with their purchase. Upon leaving the store Isaac bid us a happy farewell. Such a pleasant experience!
