Probably more of a corporate review than Hartsdale but purchased a over the stove microwave with installation and the last two times they keep on saying the microwave isn't in stock yet they keep on selling it. I've had to change different delivery and installation dates and geek squad can't even tell me when i can get the microwave yet it's still on the website saying i can get it by next week. When I contacted geek squad they said I have to talk to a manager from a local best buy to get either a discount or free shipping for inconvenience which honestly don't care for i just want my microwave installed. Tried to 3 way call geek squad with local best buy and they forwarded me to geek squad and the national geek squad call taker hung up on me. Best buy has been a major disappointment for appliances. I've been happier with home depot if you decide to go with a big box store.

This location has terrible service. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted but finding an associate to help is nearly impossible here. It’s not like it was busy either. I walked around the entire store for about 30-40 minutes until I decided to just leave. This was an item I wasn’t able to get myself since it was in the back otherwise I would’ve just got it myself. Avoid this location!
