Came here for a pickup and the staff are courteous, helpful and polite. It was worth the trip for me. Best buy as a place is pretty great and this location did well for the interaction that I had. There is plenty of parking, and there are other stores in this mall area that you can visit too. They also have an area for pickups in front which is great as well.

Easy peasy, purchased a tv in record time. I would have liked if they had explained a little more what the delivery person did. Of I had known more, I might have spring for the more expensive delivery option.

We used the local white plains Geek squad and they were the 2 worst service techs I’ve ever seen. Their names both began with J - Julian & Jovan ? Everything I asked for was refused “ We can’t touch Verizon Equipment, can’t run a cable, can’t mount it on your wall….”They placed the tv on a shelf. Refused to do basic setup and left after 1/2 hour of refusing , arguing, and eye rolling. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER SEEN.
