I came to Best Buy to get my ZAGG screen protector and camera protector replaced. This is my first time coming to this location, but have gotten them replaced at several locations in the past. Since I have an iPhone 14 I asked Sophia (or Sophie) if they had any cases for that model and she immediately dismissed me and said no. However when I looked for the case I found three different versions. Sophia’s attitude and tone was extremely rude the entire time I was there. When I went to replace my camera protector she said that they don’t replace them and stated that it was going to be an $8 extra charge. In the end, another worker, Alyx, kindly helped me to replace both screen protectors free of charge like any other Best Buy has done in the past. I really appreciate Alyx’s kindness despite Sophia’s rude and controlling attitude towards her co-workers and customers. I have never left a review anywhere. However, I was so unhappy with this encounter that I thought I should warn others.
