Went into this store to exchange iPhone 16 plus down to the iPhone 16. Wendell was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me even getting called to another location but staying on the phone to assist the workers in the Huntington location. Timmy and Sophia were also great in Wendell's absence

Shop on Amazon. This store and its manager do not care about you. They care about profits. Amazon takes returns no questions asked, very easy. According to the manager, Best Buy doesn't care if you're sick with cancer and missed the return date by 1 day. Half the amount of days to return as Amazon.

Had a wonderful experience in the store, Alyx over in the computer section is great. He was very knowledgeable, and patient. Ask for him!
I requested the geek squad to do a simple windows install, which they weren't able to do. They wasted 4 hours and told me that they can't do after saying that it should be no issue. I ended up fixing the laptop myself this is the hands down worst best buy on the Island
