I would never buy from from Best Buy I bought robot vacuum 2 times both are dead and they didn’t fix them I bought MacBook in a year it goes automatically stop working and last I bought 75 inches Samsung tv $2999 in 2024 August few days before it’s stop working and I was asking for fix or replace they said buy new one it is not fixable QN 800C Neo QLED 8K SmartTizen tv 2023 my warranty almost was finished that I am. The TV stopped working. I called they came and fix then another five months later again same problem happen TV stopped working and warranty gone I was asking them before. Can you replace my TV cause I spent $3000 on it they said no we are fixing but they should it’s expensive TV and they fix with lump sum and now my TV permanently off then I called them. They asked me to see the problem I have to pay $140 they will come and fix and they came today. I’m saying you need to buy another one. It’s costly so why they charge me to see the TV even they know before they fix it and after that the TV is not working so never go Bestbuy for sure. Highly recommend not to go Bestbuy for shopping

Dargurnes and Dulan went above and beyond in assisting us and answered all questions and concerns with a smile on their faces!
Ended up buying additional items than originally planned just because him and his team member was patient and kind enough to answer questions on potential purchases.
Better customer service than Apple Store!
