I went to look for a washing machine. It took an hour to do paperwork. Then it was schedule 10 days later for delivery. 7 am -7 pm. I told that will be home after 11am. Call center is horrible, off shore and no one knows anything. Finally agreed to deliver after 11 am. Day of delivery some one called from VA number, will be at 9 am or I have to reschedule. After hours on phone calls I cancelled. Refund was not issued despite I went to the store. Have to call again and again. What a horrible business. Local people have to call offshore and get delivery out off state. Do not recommend. I went to another local store and washing machine with better prices was delivered in 48 hours.

I bought ink for my printer at 10 AM this morning after 15 pages it’s out of ink
I will never go there again. I called the phone number which is online phone number not the store’s phone number and they said they can’t talk to anybody in the store. Or give me a phone number.
I don’t have time to go back-and-forth all day and the lady on line goes once you open that you can’t return it, which is wrong because I only got 15 pages out of.the ink cartridges
so you can’t even talk to anybody in the store

My service with Josh Lighthouse at the Huntington Station store was excellent from beginning to end. I purchased a new computer and Josh was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything and went above and beyond with the service. A truly excellent employee.
