I went in to purchase a new iPhone and brian was very helpful, everyone from the staff was very helpful and made this process easy!
Joe at the Geek Squad In Huntington NY was amazing. So professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. I Had a great experience. He helped me with my Apple ipad.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. We drove to the store only to find out that the item we were expecting wasn't even available. No one contacted us beforehand, which completely wasted our trip.
Since we had no use for the item, we returned to the store to return it. Unfortunately, we were unable to speak with a manager because they refused to come out and address our concerns. The staff also failed to communicate the situation to the manager, leaving us with no resolution, no explanation, and no apology.
The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was extremely disappointing. I expected much better. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
