Best Buy Huntington Station

Don't be fooled by the extended warranty. I purchased a 2 year extended warranty for $300.00 earbuds. No where on the sign for extended warranty does it state that it corresponds with the 1 year factory warranty. Less than a month into my purchased second year coverage I was told I was not eligible for service. I requested the general manager call me and supply where this is written. Apparantly, he did not care enough to do so. Thank you for letting me know of your unscruplious business dealings. I used to purchase all of my electronics with warranties from you. But now I know I will get better extended service at Walmart. SAD.

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have not have a bad experience at this store. They will get you what you need.

In Bayshore Long Island A dying giant. What in other times was a crowded store with lot of employees and costumers looking around.Now is no more. Mostly empty. I wanted to buy an unlock cell phone for a nefew who lives overseas. Nothing funcy. I choose a perfect phone motorola 5g 2025. When I got an employee to help me he said. That I have to wait for the next employee ( they might work on commission now?) I'm with my brother and sister in law who came from overseas. How long is a reasonable time to wait in an empty store? 10 minutes and I decided to go to the Best Buy in Huntington Long Island.we got there same story empty store. Do they own the place or they rent? Same phone on display an employee was available. But he say " i have the same phone almost 200 $ but is 2024. I bought it 174$. The mi ute my wife found out she said let me check in Amazon sa.e phone came next day for 130$ next step return the unopened phone( otherwise they charge you 40% penalty if the box is open bye.bye Best Buy!
