This Best Buy is one of the best I’ve been to on Long Island, it’s never been very very crowded any time I’ve gone and the staff is always friendly and offering help. The selection of items is plenty and more than the other 2 stores I normally go to. Great store!!

After having a terrible experience with the geek squad over the past month, Ahmad at this location was able to help us come to a resolution. Our TV was picked up at the westbury store. After 2 years it stopped working and since we had the geek squad extended warrantee we reached out for a technician to come repair it. Our appointment over the course of a month was canceled on 3 times, the same day of the appointment. My husband and I wasted taking a days off from work over this. At this point we went to the westbury location for additional help. We explained how the call center has been a dead end and we can’t keep going on like this. The “store manager” Rich turned us away soo quickly stating he cannot do anything for us to call the call center for geek squad. He didn’t escalate the situation or even want to look into the case. He was soo unprofessional and for a “manager” highly incompetent. We then went to the Huntington location where we met Ahmad. Within half and hour he set us up with technicians to come to the house. The repair was done the same day and the technicians were great. Long story short don’t go to the westbury location and do go to the Huntington one. People actually care there and do their job.
