The kid called asked what he was coming here for hello, when you makes appointment you tell them what you need service for he wasn't playing on coming to if anything beat buy is nothing doing well that's why 1/2 there store closed up

We had a horrible experience with Bestbuy. There are so many online retailers that we could have purchased from, and chose to go to Bestbuy because their salesmen typically know the product they are selling. Not the case this time. Sold me a Garmin Navigation that wasnt meant for the application i needed it for. Went back, tried to find someone who would help, you see bodies there, but noone was willing to help. I felt like a pingpong ball. I asked for the Manager, who it turned out was the first guy we interacted with and said he will send someone over (noone came). He happened to be too busy to even acknowledge me, meanwhile he was 10 feet away. Who is training these people? This is the worse buying experience with them ever.
