I have to go to the give this place three stars because of what happened to me when I purchased a television last year. We came in to get a new television, we wanted to stay within a budget, but weren't going to turn down the opportunity to purchase a samsung television that had great quality despite the price. The sales rep met with us and gave us explanations of each television. There were times where you can see that he was getting frustrated with the questions, it was noticeable in his body language, we continued to work with him. I think he left us twice during this process which felt odd to me, as if he just didnt want to deal with us unless we are comitting to buying something. He finally showed us a TCL television and tells us how great this television was and how it has a refresh rate that is one of the highest of any TV brand. Comforted by the information he told us and the price, we decided to go with the TCL television. He told us that we should purchase an extended warranty, and if we were unhappy with the television or if there were any issues, we can use that warranty to get an exchange. Then, he proceeded to tell us that the best by warranty supersedes or rather overtakes the manufacturer warranty and we wouldn't have to go to the manufacturer for any issues. Long and behold, all of that information was wrong. The television is horrible. Horrible quality, does not meet the standard refresh rate that is posted on the box or in its advertisement. The color is absolutely horrible.Oversaturation, or undersaturation, depends on what you're . The sound quality is not good. Most of the sound options sound the same. Either the vocals are too low or the background sounds, explosions, music etc are too loud. Sadly, because of the misinformation we received, we got a bad television and now we cannot exchange it. When I called about the issues initally, we were told that the exchange period was under 3 weeks and we had moved past it, therefore we could not return it. This information was not given to us by the sales rep. We were forced to go through the manufacturer as opposed to best buy. I explained what the sales rep told us, but I was told the rep mispoke. After spending months trying to resolve the issues with TCL and no solution. I was told that I had to wait until the manufacturers warranty expired before I can use the best buy warranty. And despite everything we endured, following all the steps bestbuy and TCL told us, we cannot get the television exchanged. They called it buyers remorse, but is it really buyer's remorse when you're given bad or misleading information from the Sales rep?
