There never seems to be enough employees working here or most best buys. Its unfortunate. Makes you wonder hiw they stay in business. The employees don't seem very interested in helping you.

Called to buy an open box TV in (excellent condition) I mentioned that I'm driving an hour to pick up this TV and asked what does excellent condition mean. They told me "It looks brand new, no physical damage, includes all original parts and accessories, and comes in original box or a suitable replacement". When I arrived the TV was not in a box, it was poorly bubble wrapped, had no equipment or accessories, no one-connect box, no mounting brackets that is included with TV, no legs to stand it and no remote, It was just the TV screen and probably the power cable, yet it was still marked as excellent condition? After speaking to an employee and waiting a while they mentioned the equipment was misplaced or lost, they scrambled to find replacements and only found a one-connect box, I ended up returning the TV because who knows what condition the TV really had if they didn't take the time to even notice that the TV was missing all the parts. What a waste of my time.
