This best buy location is better then the one on Jericho Turnpike. The staff is more professional, more helpful, and better pricing then most competitors. This and Bayshore location I like to go to. They are very well nice friendly towards customers.

I was looking to replace my phone case. The one I have noe I really like and have had it for a few years now. The case is smokes and closes over the phone like a book, protecting the entire phone. Over time the edges get worn, scratches on the front and back, but using light polish on the case helps to shine it up. To the point, sometimes no matter how well you take care of things, time just takes it toll on them and tries to beat the balls off of them. Cutting to the chase, Best Buy didn't have the case I was looking for, but I did have a good time looking for it here 🤷‍♂️ Perhaps, one day. when I decide to upgrade my phone in the not so distant future and I go searching for a new phone case for this imaginary new phone in the Best Buy, I will enjoy walking the isles looking for a new new phone case for my new phone.

I bought a 70-inch TV but no power cord was in the box. Customer service provided no solution except to go to the store or return the TV. In this case, I need to drive 60 miles because of a power cord or repack and carry a 70" TV to the store. Frustrating...
