I had some issues with my phone that I couldn't correct . Since I bought my phone through BB in Syracuse but now live closer to Ithaca BB, I went there. The employees who greeted me at the door to the young man at the electronics area Josh were kind and helpful . Josh was the only one in his dept at the time. He had a great deal of knowledge and patience since it took awhile to clean it out. I will definitely go back to this BB . And kudos to the employees for all your help.
Bought a phone, kept it in the box while waiting for a screen protector and protective case for (used it, but transported in the closed box and kept it in the open box on my desk for work). When I was cleaning the screen for the protector, I noticed a crack in the very edge of the screen.
I've never used a screen protector in my life and after heavily using Pixel for 6 years, I've only once gotten a fault in the screen (by dropping it on a jutting rock). It doesn't matter to Best Buy. This is a micro scratch and could have come from me owning the phone for 3.5 days while not using a screen protector. So either I was sold a phone with a micro scratch that was noticed late, or I was sold a screen so flawed that it developed a scratch while being transported in the box. Either way, Best Buy is unwilling to do anything to fix the situation. I highly recommend buying electronics directly from the manufacturer and cutting out this useless middle man.

Trying to call the Ithaca Ny store for 20 mins. They are not connecting me because I don't have a Best Buy account. Even Walmart picks up the phone. The store Manager should be replaced.
