Consistently understaffed, understocked, and unwilling to hire new employees at non-laughable wages. Aka your average crumbling upstate NY business, so I guess this one star really should be 3 stars for this area. Don't you think that maybe as a Best Buy only a couple miles from multiple universities, one of which has 20,000 students, it might be important to keep calculators in stock? No?

Purchased a gaming computer for north of 600 bucks for my sons Christmas.
45 days later it will not turn on and bestbuy says that we did not purchase a warranty from them... we are on our own.
Pretty sure Kmart did better and their business model failed.
Screw bestbuy...

They’re at the mall, but apparently no longer accessible from it? If I’m at the mall for other things I’m never going to drive to the other side of it just to go into BestBuy. This is an idiotic change.
