Went in there recently television shopping. I walked around looking at all they had for about half an hour. Not one person working there came over and asked "Can I help you". I was completely ignored. I finally said screw this and walked out. You guys missed on a good sale due to zero customer service relations
If you don't want to do your job, part of which is acknowledging and assisting customers....then you should be fired. If the Manager is okay with running the store this way then he/she should be fired too

The store employees and managers lied to my friends and I about products available for purchase today. And within minutes of us leaving they went and sold the item we wanted to someone else. But they were complete fools because that person took a picture of the item and the receipt so I have physical proof they lied to me face. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and I have a complaint filed internally. It is a complete violation of the store's own code of ethics policy.
