Poor support and suspect delivery service. My refrigerator delivery was scheduled between 10am and 2pm. At 11:43 I get a call from the geek squad that they will be arriving in about 30 minutes. Right after that I started clearing the pathways for a easy and smooth install. Then I emptied the old fridge. At 12:47 I send a text to the Geek Squad - same phone they called me on. No reply. At 1:02, I call the same number. No answer. At 1:10 I call customer support and stay on hold for 15 minutes. The only information the attendant could provide was that the delivery truck was a 25 minute drive away from my house! I start reloading my old refrigerator, though by that point most of my frozen items have thawed and now I'm fearful that most of the refrigerated stuff will spoil. No explanation for being late, no apology, no follow up, no offer to make good. Never again best buy, never again.

My father went in to buy a camera and one of the employees specialized in cameras was extremely helpful!! Explained everything and helped him get everything he needed and showed him how everything worked! Very thankful for such an amazing person! I wish I could remember her name, she really needs recognition!
This place is operational even though the rest of the mall looks like a ghost town!
