UPDATE: THIRD COMPUTER BOUGHT AT THIS LOCATION IN A ROW DYSFUNCTIONAL (this time sound stopped work all together).
kind staff. willing to try to help. but at the end of the day -- 10+ visits and appts with Geek Squad over weeks -- they lost data essential to my graduate studies on the three laptops i had to buy (two needing repair for distorted sound and spacebar dysfunction, issues they deemed as "sometimes that happens" type and not caused by me. my data is lost and they should have known better. this place -- not necessarily the people, but the outcomes from the service within their corporate parameters -- absolutely revolts me. i bitterly regret ever purchasing a laptop from them in the first place. go elsewhere.
