How do I check product availability at the Ithaca Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Ithaca Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?
Inventory is constantly updated in stores and on BestBuy.com, especially during the holiday season. Make sure to check back early, and often, in case of a restock.
I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.

I purchased a $30 universal remote from BB and it quit working in the first week. Unfortunately, their return policy is a scant 15 days not 30 like most places unless you purchase an over inflated "membership" (should be illegal). The nearest Best Buy one is over an hour from me and I am only near it one day a month. I will probably lose my $ for this remote now. 1 STAR

I’ve the best experiences at this Best Buy. Today Sabrina and Noah helped me resolve an issue with a new TV that had stopped working. They resolved the issue immediately without hesitation. They’re just the nicest people to deal with.

I had some issues with my phone that I couldn't correct . Since I bought my phone through BB in Syracuse but now live closer to Ithaca BB, I went there. The employees who greeted me at the door to the young man at the electronics area Josh were kind and helpful . Josh was the only one in his dept at the time. He had a great deal of knowledge and patience since it took awhile to clean it out. I will definitely go back to this BB . And kudos to the employees for all your help.
