We went there to buy a Sony TV. The sales associate was knowledgeable about the Sony TV. He was able to answer our questions to our satisfaction. We are pleased with our purchase. Good customer service!

I had a battery replacement scheduled for my I Phone 12 mini. It turned out they didn’t have the battery although when I scheduled the repair it was clearly obvious which phone I will bring. They offered to order it, but only if I leave my phone there. For 2 days at least? Are they kidding? There was no option of a down payment for ordering my battery. The only other option was to go somewhere else which I will certainly do and never go back. Several years ago I had a good experience with a battery charge for my privions phone.
