My laptop was having problems with its screen. I went to Geek Squad to have it repaired and they said they would have it back in 2-3 weeks. They fixed the screen AND replaced the keyboard in just a week! Staff were friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the service.

The sales staff was all younger than the refrigerator I was replacing. The refrigerator they delivered was damaged and needed to be replaced. The delivery guy refused to bring it in the easy way, and instead wanted to go up rickety steps and take the doors off the refrigerator and freezer to get it through a too tight space. I refused delivery under those conditions, started putting things back in the freezer, and ended up losing some things in the chaos. The delivery guy actually retrieved the items from the freezer and took them to the store, but when I went to pick them up I only got half of them. Because you can't actually call the store anymore, I wasn't able to check with the manager. I returned the refrigerator and bought the same thing from Lowe's at the same price.
Sorry Ezra, I have none of those accounts. I don't do social media.
No thank you Ravi. Your call center is nothing but a waste of my time and an exercise and frustration. If I can't pick up the phone and call my local store I don't want anything to do with Best Buy.
