Terrible service there . We did on the line for 10 minutes for me to finally come up to the line in the cashier act like I’m not there and then he disappears terrible staff do not recommend avoid the guy with the arm sleeve tattoo.

Today, I visited the store to purchase a Dyson vacuum and a Ninja SLUSHi machine. I inquired with the cashier about a price match, and she informed me that the manager had declined the request. I then asked to speak with the manager directly. The cashier returned and stated that the manager, who was standing approximately 10 feet away, had again refused. Consequently, I approached the manager, named Ben, and asked him myself, he started making up stories about employees and black Friday.
I was very polite and I believe this guy was a racist because I am hispanic.
The price match wasn't a huge deal, like a hundred bucks difference, but what really got me was that I was standing right there, ten feet away, and he didn't even bother to come over.
NO WONDER WHY ALL THESE STORES ARE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.

Went in to buy an uber gift card. Man at the counter kept asking me for my phone number and I don’t know why and I was like why do. I have to give you my number and then he said “you’re not listening” and I said “I’m not listening what do you mean?” And he said “don’t you wanna sign up for rewards” when I never even said I wanted to. It was an older white man with big lips, and short in height.
Probably the most odd person I encountered in a very long time. Hope people like him heal in life because what 😂😂

Wasted a trip here to see a tablet which was supposed to be on display according to their website. But it wasn't on display.
Then customer service wouldn't call their Levittown store to confirm it was in display there. Unhelpful.
