Worst experience I am dumbfounded. I bought head phones that cost $321.00. Came back to return them the next day cause I didn’t like them. I was told to walk around the store cause that did not have the money to refund me. I’ve been wait here on the side lines for 30 minutes so far. Don’t know when I will be getting my cash. Unbelievable the operation they have going on here.

They had everything I needed
Excellent experience. In October 2024, I needed to purchase a new desktop tower, had a great experience at this Best Buy. The employees were helpful to ask what PC I wanted. They helped every step of the way, from showing me the different towers to choose, to pick up, and most importantly sending me to the Geek Squad for the transferring and installation of my old tower data. The employees were friendly, and they did a great job. This place easily deserves 5 stars. Best Buy is always a great place to go for your electronic needs. Thank you, Best Buy, for a great experience getting me a new tower..
