These companies then say that they go bankrupt because people only want to buy online, they are neglecting a lot of customer service, next time I make my purchase on Amazon as I had to do, I went to buy a smart watch and asked three people because they have it with a padlock, they told me they would send someone and no one came, I waited more than 20 minutes no one came, then I went to another worker and told him that I had already asked several workers in the store and what he told me was to go to customer service so I decided to leave without anyone attending to me, I will not come back anymore, I do not recommend it, they should close, they are lazy, most of those who work there
