I had an exceptional experience today at Best Buy, thanks to an employee named Michael, who was stationed at the register in the center of the store. He went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered difficulties locating a product. Despite my urgency, Michael exhibited remarkable patience and delivered outstanding customer service, ensuring that I was able to complete my order.

Here for a new tv today. Young man assisting us was pleasant and helpful.
Had a couple questions about a computer, the guy was helpful but he said that I would have to order it to see it & I can’t see it before purchase since they don’t have it at this location in stock which is a huge bummer. Store is very clean though & the service is quite slow took us like 15 minutes just for the guy to start answering are questions. Overall a mediocre experience, I would go back but they really need more staff to accommodate all the customers. 4.1/5 in my opinion.
