went there to buy a unlock cell phone the guy did not tell me that it will not work with a lot of networks

Worst Customer service sales people in the computer department. Prices DO NOT SHOW SALE PRICE ,when you ask, they say I didn't have it in store. I had SKU number and found it listed at full price.. I didn't want an S MODE COMPUTER. What they gave me was and S MODE COMPUTER . What is wrong with these people. They move on to the highest value customer. Once you ask for a sale item they are no longer helpful . Guess you will be closing like MACYS and the rest. Good BYE.. surprisingly empty on a Saturday afternoon.

Im not to happy with the employees in the best buy store in middle town. I explian my situation to customer service over the phone and they told me I can go to any best buy store to exchange my TV which I got 4 days prior of buying. I purchace my TV in the best buy store in paramus NJ, which they had beautiful custumer service. When I got it home, I open it up that saturday of Aug 31 to put it on my wall. Unfortunately the TV was damage and it needed to be replace and its when I called customer service and was told to take it to my nearest store (Best Buy in Middle Town NY). The minute I got to the Best Buy in Middle Town NY I explain myself to the return section service, when they told me to bring the TV in to the store. When I ask for help the gentlemen that was standing in the front door refuse to help due to I was park in the curb side pick up and not by the curb side in the front of the store. I explain; I was told to park on the curb side pick up, his words were " here comes the BS" and had an attitude the whole conversation. I was not happy but I let it slide with the hopes of getting help. Him (front door guy) and the manager which did not want to tell me his name told me "they do not exchnge electronic items", which I find not to be true (Due to I spoke to Customer Service the day before). I ask for his name and he keep ignoring and saying that they can not help me; ( this conversation took about a good 20 minutes ) to take the TV to the Best Buy in Paramus where I bought it, which is 45-50 minutes from Monroe NY. I never experience such embarrassment, like if I was stealing from Best Buy and was returning/exchanging the product without a receipt. I wanted to curse both of them out but I held my composure to the best of my ability. I wish I knew a way on how I can replement them because no one should be treated unfair.
