Save your money and shop anywhere else but Best Buy! Their policies are a total joke. I bought a Breville oven here, and exactly ONE day after their pathetic 15-day return window closed, which is also the price match window, the price dropped by a massive $80. When I tried to price match to fix this, the automated chat got stuck in a glitchy loop telling me to "see details" with absolutely no links to click. It is designed to waste your time so you miss deadlines. A 15-day return window for a small kitchen appliance is the worst in the entire retail industry, and if you want a longer window, you actually have to pay money for a membership. The bigger slap in the face is they push you to get their credit card which I used and didn't help me at all in this case, in terms of their policy. Best Buy just wants to trap you. Their non US based customer service is terrible, and their rules are meant to cheat you out of your hard-earned money. Do not buy anything from this store. Not surprised the store in Monroe closed down with these kinds of business practices. Take your business to BJs, Amazon, Walmart, or Costco where you actually get fair return timelines and price match policies. Best Buy has lost my business forever!
