Bought online for pickup. It process was easy and painless. Staff was great.

Had a very helpful salesperson. Actually knew what he was talking about and gave me good advice.

Spent $6K in all new kitchen appliances on June 29th. When the scheduled date came for delivery and install on July 25th, I received a call at 5pm saying that the installer “was having truck issues and that they needed to reschedule” the next day Best Buy rescheduled the delivery and installation for July 28th. On the 28th I get a call saying that it had to be delayed AGAIN for August 8th, as the appliances were never in the warehouse. They were never in the warehouse on the 25th, nor the 28th. So okay someone was lying on the 25th, how am I supposed to be confident that I’m going to receive my purchase on August 8th? (NEARLY SIX WEEKS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE) These people made me waste two days of work just to sit around and not receive the appliances they happily charged $6K in. See, I actually have to stop my work, stop getting paid so I can stay home and sit around like fool while the scammers disguised as salesmen get to attend work at Best Buy doing their daily due diligence of scamming people out of thousands on the constant. I would never recommend even my worst enemy to make a purchase of this nature here. You can believe I canceled this con of an order and went to HD where I managed to get the same exact appliances for $500 cheaper and they will have the appliances delivered and installed to me by the 31st. The fault in on my end actually for not sticking with HD to begin with as Best Buy is the type of company that will string you along while happily bleeding you out of every dollar they can get you for. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CIRCUS OF A BUSINESS.
