If for some reason a person is thinking of going to buy Apple devices at this store DO NOT DO IT, they sell you many things related to Apple care and when it comes to suffering a problem they solve absolutely nothing, and they are not responsible for anything and treat you in the worst possible way

Best Buy Mohegan lake store worst service staff walking around doing absolutely nothing took over an hour to get help no order if I could leave no stars I would.

Pretty horrible service. They wonder why stores are closing with horrible service like this. Refused to help because it was always "someone else has to help you" as if they aren't an employee here. Pretty useless overall and would not recommend coming in the store.
