Went in knowing what I wanted but needed a little help with explanation of options. Greeter was professional but that is where my positive experience ended. I then approached 2 different associates whom directed me back to the aisle I was in and told me to wait for help ( products were locked up). Both associates I approached were not attending to customers, they were actually socializing with their coworkers. When I asked for a manager, I was gaslit about my experience and told, those associates didn't help bc they all communicate on the queue that I was taken off for help bc I requested to speak with a manager. Never addressed that I asked for products that were locked up and didn't get assistance then, and I was maybe 1 of 15 ppl in a very non busy store and had gone through 3 associates. I will definitely send my clips and pix of this experience to corporate bc the manager Brendan and workers' behavior and professionalism was unacceptable and poor representation to the best buy brand!!!
