Waited in line in an empty store for 20 minutes for an online pickup. 1 cashier who took forever to help someone. The rest of the “workers” just wondered around aimlessly. I’m ordering electronics from amazon from now on.

Best buy! When I have visited this place I usually find what I need. I had also heard some stories of just bought staff, specially tvs, when open had son kind of broken screen, or malfunction at the time of turning it on.. make a video so you can replace it.
