I visited Best Buy yesterday to purchase a specific charger for my Dell laptop. Upon entering the store, I asked the man at the front door if the product was available. He confirmed that it was and directed me to the appropriate section. I also asked if someone could assist me, as the charger I needed is very specific. He stated that someone would be with me within five minutes.
I waited in the laptop section for approximately 15–20 minutes. During that time, there were no employees in sight and no one came to assist me. I returned to the front of the store to inquire again about help. The same man responded in a short, sarcastic, and dismissive tone, stating, “They’re all busy. What do you want me to do?”
I found this response unprofessional and unnecessary. As a customer, I was simply requesting assistance after waiting a reasonable amount of time. Due to this interaction, I chose to leave the store and went to Walmart, where I was assisted within a minute.
This experience left a sour impression. I expected better customer service and was disappointed by the lack of follow-through and the dismissive attitude.

Todo bien pero el vendedor no me dio garantía de un activulo de casi 500 dolares..
