Beware buying online, I would never do it again, Had a return which was done in-transit (I never had possession of item) and I've still not gotten a refund for over two weeks. The website is no help, it doesn't help at all. Forget online Best Buy.

Best Buy cortland Associates and manager were awesome in assisting me with issues I was having with a purchase I made. In helping me I was happy to spend more money for OtterBox defender case and a glass protector for my new iPad Pro . I suggest the Cortland store to anyone who wants great service and especially store associate Angel manager Jerlyn. I thank them both and the store is a whole. Thank you 🤗
