Children at customer service, lazy, disingenuous, disrespectful. She actually tried to get me to fight her. As if being 200lbs overweight makes you a formidable opponent.

Was having problems w my Surface and took it in. Told it could be 2-3 days to repair. Was ready in less than a day. Great service!!!!!
This store should be shut down because corporate is no longer supporting it. The shelves are empty and there's nobody to assist you. The store is in a sorry state.
