Best Buy Mount Vernon

This is unbelievable, I walked into this Best Buy to do some holiday shopping, I was looking at some video games and next thing I know one of the workers comes up to me and lifts up my shirt and searches me, he was accusing me of shoplifting and said that it was caught on camera, it was a very scary situation but I was staying as calm as possible, once he saw that I wasn't stealing anything he just turned around and was walking away without apologizing for his mistake, I went to complain about it to one of the workers and one of them told me that I was attempting to steal because I had 2 shopping bags in my hand, I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and how it's supposed to work is I'm innocent until there is actual proof that I'm stealing and if they make a mistake then they apologize for it, but they think I don't deserve an apology, they think I deserved being mistreated and for what, because I decided to bring my own reusable shopping bags, this wasn't the first time I shopped there carrying my own shopping bags, this is the first time they've ever gotten angry at me about it, I've always been an honest costumer there and what happened to me was very unacceptable, by the way I found out the worker who accused me of stealing and put his hands on me and didn't apologize for it was the manager, he obviously knows nothing about being a manager, I've never experienced such BS in my entire life, the fact that they are still angry at me even though they saw I wasn't a thief, I will try my best to expose this store for what it is

Supervisor Abby helped me buy a laptop today and she was great! Great service :)

Service was great and very patient. Just Ducks they use a third party for their deliveries.

Customer service was horrible. Nobody wanna do their job.
