I'm a Bestbuy card holder and l've never had any issues till now. I ordered a brand new insignia 50 inch tv yesterday. I was so excited to pick up my brand new TV. Everything was perfect until after i assembled the tv and the remote was missing. I spoke with customer service and they advised me to return the tv in the box so l can get an even exchange for the same item. When I drove all the way back to Best Buy the manager showed no sympathy or empathy as if there was no inconvenience. I'm a valued customer and a card holder I should be treated as one. I will never do business with this Bestbuy location ever again.

This is the worse customer service experience you can get. I just went for a pick-up order and even then the cashiers act as if I’m doing some complicated request. Please note that I don’t mind waiting in line and I can understand if it s busy. This however does not excuse rude behavior. The cashiers literally point at you, give you blank stares, are silent the whole time, give you a mean mug, and don’t acknowledge you. Honestly save your time and go to the Target across the street. I will never step foot in this store ever again. The workers literally go out of there way to make it an awful experience for you.
