Ordered a TV wall mount online and picked it up at the Mount Vernon store. The process was quick and easy. Staff was friendly, and my order was ready on time. Great service and convenient experience—will shop here again!

By far the worst best buy I’ve been to when it comes to basic customer service, went in 2 days ago to get an ipad and if it wasn’t for the part time apple guy (frank) going out of his way to help us we probably would still be there waiting. I stood out in the middle of the section doing my best to wave someone over like a big dummy and every other worker turned the other way and acted like they didn’t see me or the other guy waiting for help, next time just leave the keys to the stockroom and I’ll get what I need myself.
