One-star experience at Best Buy on 555 East Sanford Boulevard in Mount Vernon. Tried returning a fan purchased less than a month ago, but store manager Raymond was outright dismissive and unhelpful. The fan stopped working just outside their strict fourteen-day return policy, yet he refused to make any exception-like checking the product or offering another option. Just shrugged and walked off. Save yourself the hassle-this place clearly doesn't stand by what they sell. How can a fan brakes down in less than a month and they don't stand behind what they sell?

I visited Best Buy today to look at TVs, and Brandon P. was incredibly helpful. He took the time to clearly explain the different technologies available and made the experience easy to understand. He was very welcoming and never made me feel pressured to make a purchase. I really appreciated his professionalism and customer service!
