I've been to Best Buy multiple times, and unfortunately, my experiences haven't been great. The store has a wide variety of items that catch the eye, but somehow it never seems to work out for me.
Last visit, I went in with the intention of buying a Starlink device I'd been eyeing for a while. I hoped this time would be different, but sadly, it wasn't. Upon entering, everything looked perfect as usual. I asked a rep about Starlink availability, and without even checking, they said there were none. I continued browsing and found two Starlinks on display. When I asked another rep, they actually checked and found one in storage. One unhelpful rep and one helpful rep - expected Best service.
The helpful rep also answered other questions I had, which was great. But when it was time to pay, the price had jumped by $100 with no clear explanation. No one seemed keen on explaining the change, so I decided not to buy. Pricing issues seem to be a recurring theme at Best Buy.
To top it off, the checkout wait time was ridiculously lengthy for the 3 persons in line. Overall, it was another meh experience. Hoping for a better one next time.
