I do my best never to come to this location, workers always goofing around and in the computer area the have no clue what they're doing. I decided not to go to central ave where I always go because they are super helpful there and really go beyond to help you out. But here mount vernon location just the opposite, they try to ignore you like they're not hearing you and you if you do get their attention they have no clue. I was tired and didn't want to drive to central ave so I stopped here since it's been awhile from always having super bad experiences here, I asked the guy for a KVM switch, he sends me to WiFi section, a little perplexed on why WiFi section I go anyway there are obviously just network switches, I go back and tell look I'm for a KVM switch I'm not looking for network switch. He says we don't sell that, I'm like what? are you serious, he literally asked a co-worker, mind you this is the computer section, and the guy actually asks what is that. I looked it up in Google to actually show him and they had no clue. This is the employees that Mount Vernon Best Buy has. This is every single time here, even central ave employees and said they've had customers say that when they've come in of how bad this store is. Never again am I coming here, not worth the headache, buying it from Amazon even they charge me 3 times the price but it worth it than coming to this location. Totally Horrible I do not recommend this location at all.
