I purchased a Tv and a warranty 4 years ago and was told that if I had any issues, I could return the Tv no questions asked. I had issues with the Tv and returned it thinking it was a seamless process but was told that I had to take the tv back home and call Geek Squad to have them check the Tv out. Very disappointed with Best Buy because I have been a loyal customer for many years and did not expect to be treated this way. Buyer beware especially when purchasing a warranty. Their warranty is not as sweet as they advertise. The Sales Adviser named Kevin was professional and did help me as much as he could throughout this ordeal.
