OMG! Terrible place! The service sucks! I went to buy a charger and I was asked to go to the back of the store. So, I walked to the back of the store and waited over 20 minutes and mind you that the store was practically empty. So I called out for help, no one answered! I was upset. So I yelled out for help and you can hear the echo finally a lady said to me that the other staff was helping the other people! I said what people???? And I asked her what she was doing and she walked away. Finally out of the clear blue ......a man came and three ladies came to the section I was in and one of them help me. And I said, where were you guys???? They were hanging in the back room "Chilling" not going back! Your company has lazy people working for you! Ugh!

Walked in to buy the new Pokemon set and I was supposed to get the promotion card that came with it. I asked the worker if she had any, she said no and hid them under her keyboard. Unprofessional, workers should not be hiding them if they are working so they could later take them.
