December 1 about 8:45 pm I walked in knowing what I needed and where was located when I couldn’t find what I was looking for I went to the front. I spoke to the Security he directed me to go to printer area towards the back of the Best Buy. I still didn’t find what I needed. I then walked towards the area where I originally was, and I saw a gentleman in the Best Buy shirt. I asked for help and I was told that he couldn’t help me and when I asked him to find somebody that could help me he says oh I don’t have a radio just look for somebody with a blue shirt on. then I went back up to the front and spoke to the security asked for a manager to come to the front. This is poor Customer Service and the store is not even busy and I believe anybody is wearing a Best Buy shirt even if they’re not on the sales floor can direct or find somebody that could help instead of being told when I was told. And for this reason, I definitely wouldn’t be shopping at this store ever again now the manager was very Helpful and was able to accommodate me.
