Horrible service just to buy a phone. They told me to wait five minutes and I've been waiting for 25 minutes and when the guy came to help he said oh follow me let me find another guy for you so he can help you. That's crazy they need more people very Unprofessional

I stopped by Best Buy to quickly pick up an Oura Ring, knowing exactly which one I wanted. Since the rings are locked behind a case, I asked an employee for help. She said she’d come assist me after finishing with a customer, but never returned. I waited about 10–15 minutes with no follow-up.
I asked a second employee, who gave me the same promise — and again, no one came back. In total, I waited close to 40 minutes, and not a single other employee approached or offered help.
What should’ve been a simple “unlock the case so I can check out” trip turned into a frustrating waste of time. The lack of follow-through and basic communication was really disappointing.
