The Geek Squad is terrible. I went to Mt. Vernon Best buy to purchase a new key board for my computer. This went well, however when I asked about another not so complicated question I was referred to the Geek Squad. Prior to coming to Best Buy I had taken pictures of serial numbers on my equipment's at home . I asked the Geek Squad my questions and showed him both serial numbers. The Geek Squad looked up both serial numbers and referred me back to the computer department to make a purchase on what to buy. I end up wasting money on purchases that did not work. Be Careful with this location.
